We have loved swimming in a Chlorine Genie pool! I have four children (who occasionally swallow the water!) so it is important that the water not be filled with chemicals as well as the potential sickness that can be found in unclean water The water is always clear and clean We also have had wonderful service We couldn't be happier! Thank you!!

My young children are normally somewhat adverse to swimming because they dislike the burning sensation and slimy feeling you get from swimming in a pool heavily treated with chemicals (which is basically most pools these days), but with the Chlorine Genie they want to stay in the pool for hours with no tears Great product and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to really enjoy their pool

I have been a customer of Chlorine Genie for years and I am extremely satisfied with this system I have a 13,gallon poolI had a Gold Line Aqua Rite system that required me to dump salt into the poolI did not like the taste or the way the salt felt on my skinI also, had to replace the cell twice in years on the Gold Line chlorine system I found out the hard way how bad salt can be for equipment, as I had to replace my pool pump, due to parts being corroded after only years
I searched long and hard to find a better wayThen I came across the Chlorine Genie on the internet I did some research and decided to give it a try After calculating what I was currently spending on chemicals not even taking into account the time I spent driving back and forth to the store, I realized this was long overdue It seems every time you go into those pool stores they want to talk you into buying more chemicals to balance the levels in your pool It was beginning to feel like an addictionWell I decided to kick the habit
I invested in the Chlorine Genie and have never been happier Not only does it maintain my chlorine level, it saves me money on acid for adjusting PHThe only thing I do now is to test the water once every couple of weeks, to ensure the pool water is stableOnly time I have had to make any minor adjustments (open or close valve, and set timer) is when weather changes from hot summer to cooler winter
My water has never looked better, it is so crystal clear Maintenance has never been easier, simply put bag of $salt into tank once every 3-months

I have been a Chlorine Genie (originally the Chlorine Factory) owner for 23 years now and would not want to be without one. It greatly simplifies maintaining the pool water chemistry and once the unit is purchased the cost to control the ph and maintain the chlorine level is only a few dollars per month. This system does not require you to add salt into the pool but instead the salt is maintained in a separate tank, and thus you do not end up with a salty pool and the negatives that come with that. There are a few things you have to do on a somewhat infrequent basis, but considering you don't have to buy, haul, store and add the chemicals the maintenance is a fair trade off. Things you do have to do are to occasionally add salt, clean the chlorinator cell via the built-in acid reservoir, and change the filters once every few years. The other thing worth mentioning is the water quality itself. Since the Genie makes chlorine on site, there are no stabilizers required which are what causes the "burning eyes" and chlorine smell after swimming. I have had a few repairs over the years, and thus is not perfect, but overall it has been a great system!

I've had the genie on our pool for the past 5 years. Prior to this, I had a very spotty record of keeping my pool clean and clear. The chlorine genie has made my backyard life much less stressful. Being able to manage both the chlorine and pH levels, the genie makes management incredibly simple. I add rock salt, run the unit at either a summer or winter cycle, add some conditioner in the spring, and that's honestly about it. I no longer have a whole chemical lab in my shed to manage the ups and downs of the 30K gallon organism in my backyard.
I shopped a number of different systems for our pool and found the genie to be the best. The upfront cost is higher but after that, rock salt is dirt cheap. I buy a half dozen bags or so and I'm good for the summer.
Also, it makes the water wonderful to be in. No burning eyes. No salt taste. The water just feels like fresh water. The water stays incredibly clear as well.
I'm obviously sold on the unit. I gave them a 9/10 recommendation. They have been incredibly attentive. I know the cost of the unit will be a barrier for some. However, when I realized how much money and time I had been spending on my pool, the cost for me became much more reasonable.
