On Friday, September 11, 2015, *** processed a deposit to his account in the amount of $with cash back of $When the deposit was processed that night, the transaction rejected due to a system error, and was not credited to his account that nightOn Monday, September 14, 2015, the branch was made aware of the issue, and the credit was re-processed to the accountThe deposit was successfully credited to the account on September 14,
We do apologize that *** was not able to get a resolution to the issue on SaturdayUnfortunately, this type of issue cannot be corrected until the next business day, and does require the branch of deposit to validate the missing item in their teller system, which the Customer Service Center does not have access to
