Consumer states that business has contacted her to let her know the job has been completed. Consumer considers the complaint closed until further notice.
Review: Problem is company was hired in early March 2015 to remove a tree and the stump. They have made promises to perform the work and have not showed up numerous times. Finally, they did some of the work but promises to complete the work have not been met. They asked for $200. more than the original contract. We have a text contract but company did not offer a written contract. It looks like they have a San Jose address with 408 area code. Said they were in Salida and have a Modesto phone listed. They keep not showing up. I think they are very unreliable. Contractor License #[redacted]Desired Settlement: Complete the work as agreed, promptly, for the amount contracted for.
