Ordered wool socks thru Amazon on 12/12/18.As of today,12/22, they have not been shipped yet. After reading other reviews I'd suggest to Amazon that they drop them.

Review: I ordered products on July **, 2014 through [redacted] who contracts with Chock . Payment was made that day. It has been 6 weeks and I have no product or any correspondence about estimated date of arrival. On 8/** I received an email from [redacted] that Chock notified them that items had been shipped. However upon having the postal service check the tracking number it was bogus. The items have not been shipped. Also the email address that [redacted] provided for Chock is non-working . I called the 800 number which is in South Carolina and spoke with someone a couple weeks ago bit she said the supervisor was out and she could not help me. Today I phoned again and was told shipping was on break and someone would return my call in an hour . Six hours later I called again and the customer service mailbox is full and no message can be left. I want my $191 back.Desired Settlement: I want an apology for being lied to with a bogus shipping number and I want a refund immediately

Review: I placed an internet order ($260.00) for socks. Received confirmation of order, then later received notice regretting I had cancelled my order. I emailed to advise I had not cancelled my order. I received no response. I tried to contact them again via email, then phone. No answer to my email, and when I telephoned got recording number no longer in use.Desired Settlement: Credit my credit card for amount charged at purchase.

Review: I ordered 2 Bra's for my wife from ChockCatalog.com and never received them. I have tried contacting this company but no one answers the phone and their voicemail says it is full. No one responds to my e-mail's as well.Since I never received the order I would like a refund back.thanks,Desired Settlement: Please refund me $56.90 since they never shipped my order.thanks,

Review: On December *, 2013, I placed an order for items that totalled $CDN 62.75. On December **, 2013, I rec'd a confirmation that my order had been rec'd.. On Dec. **, 2013, I rec'd an email from [redacted] thanking me for placing my order. On the same day (Dec. **) payment for the order appeared on my VISA statement. On January **, 2014, I emailed [redacted] ([redacted]) and notified him that my shipment had not arrived. I did not get a reply from [redacted]. On January **, 2014, I sent a message to the Customer Service Section of the ChockCatalog website stating that I had not received my order and I was concerned. I received no reply from the Customer Service department. On February *, 2014, I notified my VISA office that I had placed an order with ChockCatalog in the amount stated above, but I did not receive my order. My VISA office stated that it would contact the merchant's bank and try to settle the issue. I rec'd a temporary credit on my VISA account while the issue is being investigated.

I have used ChockCatalog for many years and had always received my orders promptly. It is a shame that I will not longer purchase anything from this company because of the way this issue was handled. I am very disappointed in this organization and hope that others will complain if they are receiving similar treatment.

Regards,Desired Settlement: As I am a pensioner, I can't afford to provide money to organizations and not receive what I paid for. I have not contacted my VISA office to see if the matter was resolved and that I will receive a full credit on my VISA card. I will soon be doing that. My desired outcome would be the return of my money and an apology from the company. I used this company when I lived in Japan for 16 years and was very pleased with the service. All my purchases arrived within weeks of my orders. I continued to use the company when I returned to Canada and this was the first time an order was misplaced. What is sad is that the company has a Customer Service section that customers can write to. However, neither [redacted] nor the Customer Service department took the time to contact me. It is obvious, to me, that ChockCatalog has no idea of the meaning of quality customer service.

Review: Order #[redacted] - Nautica mens briefs, size 34 @ $19.00. I ordered 3 for for $57.00 + 7.50 shipping for a total of $64.50

1. I placed the order on 9/*/2013 and they billed my AMEX card that same day.

2. On 9/**/2013, I called customer service and was told that the items I had ordered were back ordered and she had no idea when the delivery could be made.

I was also told that they do not charge credit cards until the item ships. But the charge was on the AMEX statement that I had in my hand. At that time I requested that they cancel the order and refund my money. They agreed verbally. I asked for a confirmation of my cancellation and the customer service person said that the credit on my AMEX would be my confirmation.

3. On 9/**/2013, I followed up with an email requesting that the order be cancelled and the monies credited back to my AMEX.

4. I was traveling and not home from 9/**/13 until 10/*/13.

5. When I returned from my trip, there was a package from them with the correct quantity , but a different style brief.

6. I tried to call them numerous times at ###-###-#### and ###-###-####.

7. I went to their web-site and got a Return Authorization number - RMA - [redacted].

8. I returned everything in it's original, unopened package.

8. I mailed the items back via the USPS with tracking and request for signature. Tracking number: [redacted].

It was signed for on 11/*/13 Signed for By: [redacted] 11:26 am

9. I have not received any correspondence, no refund and now I have no merchandise. They have had my money since 9/*/2013.

10. I have continued to try to call them, including today, at ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. It appears that neither number is now valid.Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate refund of the $64.50 to my AMEX card plus shipping, which is their stated policy.

Review: I placed an order for six bras on August **, 2014. I received four out of the six bras on August [redacted]. I contacted Chock Catalog August [redacted], August [redacted], Sept. [redacted] without any success in speaking to anyone. On Sept. [redacted]. I reached [redacted] who advised on Sept. [redacted] the two bras would be shipped out that day and gave me Order #[redacted]. I have not received the bras as of this date. I called [redacted] on Sept. [redacted] n/a. Sept. [redacted] left a message with [redacted]. Sept. [redacted] I spoke to [redacted] he hopes to have the garments within two days and will ship when received. Sept. ** called [redacted] as I still have not received the two bras. [redacted] was in his office and did not want to speak to me. I called back to speak to [redacted] and I was informed that [redacted] is in charge of Shipping and Customer Service. I want the two bras I purchased or a refund to my credit card.Desired Settlement: Ship the two black bras or credit my credit card for the two bras that I have not received plus the shipping charge.
