Review: I placed an order on May [redacted] using a [redacted] code and paying for shipping. On May [redacted] I asked for an update and was told the post office lost the order and it would be placed in the next 48hours. On June [redacted] my order status had still not changed and I asked for an update stating I did not believe the post office lost the order because my order status never changed to fulfilled or shipped. The next day on June [redacted] my order status changed to refunded. I never asked for a refund and asked for a reason as to why my status changed. During this time I was calling daily. The phone either was busy, rang and rang, or went to voice-mail where I left three messages and never received a call back. On August [redacted] I emailed to inform them they never applied my refund (they still have my money). The item was purchased through [redacted] has since refunded me the amount I paid to [redacted] and has also worked to try and resolve this issue. No one at Chocolate Says It All has communicated with me since June [redacted] and I have not received the money back that I directly paid to Chocolate Says It All which was 2.95 for shipping. I know the monetary amount is not much but I was looking forward to this product, and am very frustrated with the lack of communication from the company. I was hoping to resolve this directly with the company, but their lack of communication has made that impossible.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would have loved to talk to the company to resolve this issue, received my product, and continued to be a customer. However, at this point I would just like the refund they informed me I would receive even though I never asked for it. I would like the refund of 2.95 back on my [redacted] account.

Review: I ordered a Signature Heart Portrait through Groupon to a company called Chocolate Says It All, Inc. on February *, 2014. Three weeks later, I still do not have the merchandise I ordered and it has been difficult to get a legitimate response from this company. I've emailed one of the agents, who may also be [redacted] at [redacted] and [redacted] and usually get an automated response. It has taken persistent pestering on my end to receive a response and when I do, it doesn't provide a solution. I would also like to add that I have called this company at ###-###-#### multiple times during their business hours which is 9am - 9pm (EST) seven days a week. However, I only get an automated system stating that the company is closed. Also, their live chat widget does not work because you cannot chat live with someone, you can only leave message that is emailed to the company. The website is poorly designed and seems to be a sham.Desired Settlement: I demand a full refund as I've never received the product and since it has been three weeks and I have still not received my order and when I called the company during the business hours of Monday-Friday, they were closed, I would like a full refund of my money.
