With all due respect, Lori is sadly mistakenI did not become irate or rude in any wayI did not get my call returned on 2/22/16, after I was told it would be returned after Lori returned back from a meeting she was inThe time of this call was at 1:06pm Eastern timeI waited until 3:56pm Eastern time the following day, 2/23/16, and called againThis is when Lori explained that they had yet another item "out of stock", well after she had given me her word that the rest of the three remaining items in my order would be shipped to me at no chargeI began to reply to the solution that she came to when she interrupted me by saying "Our business is done now" and hung up on meI understand this business was very busy on this holiday, but it is not right for an employee or business owner to tell any consumer something she can't deliver and on top of that become rude with said consumer, as well come to conclusions on their own that I did not want the items anyway since the holiday was overMy significant other and I in fact celebrate many holidays after the exact dates due to our conflicting schedules so I was looking very forward to their productsWith that being said, I would like to request one item at the same or less value than the third item that turned out to be out of stock or, better yet, I will wait until the third item comes back in stock and end this transactionThis is what I was promisedI am being very reasonable and understanding despite the treatment I received

Accidents do happen and the customer received the wrong package during our busy Valentine holiday rush. She returned the package at no cost to her and her credit card was refunded in full even before the wrong items were received back to us. Monday we shipped two of the three
items that we had in stock. The third item that is out of stock is no longer available, shown as such on our website and discontinued by the manufacturer as discussed with customer. There is no suitable substitution to give her, so two items have been sent to her at no charge. She is not out one penny. She is asking for more than we can offer. The customer became irate and rude when I tried to explain that she would only get two of the items in stock and she insisted that we give her the discontinued item which we do not have. I said I believe our business has been completed and hung up since she wasn't listening to me and was raising her voice. I believe the customer is right in most situations and you can find that we don't have a poor rating with the Revdex.com for many years now. This would imply that we are trying our best to keep customers happy.
