Hello, I am not sure how but we never received a complaint from the customerI just checked their email address and name in our database and I see no messagesThe item/order was canceled and refunded already on the 10th of AprilThey should have received an email notifying them as to this as well

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I paid approximately $for a gift basket on December 14th Their website CLEARLY stated that items would ship within 2-days I paid additional for rush shipping, acknowledging that there may be some additional lag time during the holidays, despite the fact that their website AGAIN stated 2-days, with no mention of additional time because of the holidays This was on December 14th The item didn't even SHIP until December 27th, THIRTEEN days later I would NOT have ordered from this company if I knew they were this incompetentFurthermore, when I emailed them regarding this, attempting to discover the status of my order a few days before Christmas, I was spammed without at least half a dozen automated emails saying they would review my message and get back to me soon Then email after email after email after email arrived with the SAME message - they would contact me soon regarding my order But NEVER did...not until the item actually shipped on 12/27, at which point I received email after email after email after email (half a dozen) with shipment notification Never ONCE an email from a person describing what happened or apologizing for the delay....just a dozen different automated emails over the course of two weeksAnd of course, there is no phone number listed to contact them, probably because they would be flooded with calls due to their gross incompetency Regards, [redacted]

Hello, I looked into the issue and the customer did notify us of the issue, so we reached out to the vendor to investigate the issueWithin hours, without hearing back from the vendor, we notified the customer that we were issuing a refund for the inconvenienceWe did advise them
that refunds may take up to 48-hours to be processed by their bank or credit card and then we have not heard back from them sinceThat was on Friday May 19th

Hello, The customer did contact us 7/and we did reply to the customerThey were curious why their item didn't get delivered within the days after shippingWe explained to them the most chocolates are handcrafted and we allow up to days (including shipping time) for our orders to
be delivered and that our chocolatiers avoid shipping on a thursday/Friday because orders tend to have no movement on the weekends and that can cause the chocolate to go badThey seemed ok with this resolutionI then notified them the next day that the vendor did ship the item that day and should arrive in daysThey Thanked up for their assistance and then the tracking verified that it was delivered on the 26thThe tracking is ***I am sending a link to an image that shows the correspondence below https:***

Hello, The order went out late due to a change in addressI have contacted the vendor for this order and have adjusted the address, correcting it to the updated addressI sent an email to the customer yesterday to update them about their orderI contacted the Vendor again today and the
order has been shippedThe tracking for the order is ***If there's anything else please let us know

To whom it may concern, According to this customers order they successfully received their chocolate on 12-29-16.Due to holiday season, it took a little bit longer than usual for them to receive it. They were given UPS  [redacted] tracking showing delivered on 12-29-16
