When she booked the reservation, she booked it for the wrong day She booked it for 10/6/17, but she did book a non-smoking King in the tower She booked it online or over the phone with Expedia and it was prepaid We have a hour cancellation policy That reservation was never cancelled Instead of charging her again on 10/20, we took the fees from 10/and applied it to the room that she stayed in on 10/ We or Expedia are not responsible for her mistake of booking the room on the wrong date

I am rejecting this response because: We did NOT book it for the wrong date. I changed the reservation date after a family emergency came up and when I called to see if I could change the date and keep the same type of room I was told yes however I had to pay an additional. I have enclosed a copy of the reservation for Oct. 20th and it CLEARLY SHOWS IT WAS A KING ROOM IN THE TOWER. NOT SOME 2 STAR OUTDATED ROOM IN THEIR OLD ORIGINAL BUILDING. Since my reservation per the attached shows Expedia did their part in booking my room, changing the date for the same type of room per the attached, I believe Choctaw is to blame for overbooking since they told me they no longer had rooms in the tower when I checked in. They obviously overbooked rooms and they passed on their mistake to me.Since Choctaw has refused to admit the mistake, we will no longer set foot in that place, nor recommend it to family and friends. We have quite a huge family that go their quite often, I'm sure they wont again. Doing your customers wrong, is not doing good business.
