When Ms. [redacted] attempted to withdraw funds at the ATM, the ATM experienced a communication error with the host processor and therefore did not dispense her funds but debited her financial institution. Today, we contacted Ms. [redacted] and informed her that a check in the amount of $103.00 would be...
