We mailed the payment on October 30, and received confirmation that it was delivered to her attorneys on November 9, We even emailed the USPS tracking number to her attorneys Since the receipt of this response, we have left messages for both the attorney and the client and have not heard back However, the payment was issued and the USPS tracking number is [redacted] and it is showing that the $2,was delivered to her attorneys on November 9, We have already resolved this matter, and have tried reaching out to the client regarding this to no avail

Choice Business say I signed a contract to give them $55,to invest, they would handle everything , write grants for me to receive additional money I don't remember signing the contract but when I refused to le them get the money I was threatened by Marc J*** they would take legal action; that scared me and I let them have the moneySince then no one at the company will return my calls, MrJ*** gave me his private cell so I could talk to him but he won't answer or call me backI am a year old woman taking care of a year old man with dementia and needed money to put him in a nursing home, cost $a month

Please do not close this complaint.I was not aware there was a time limit to respond to your request on my complaint, but Choice Business Resource had contacted my attorney *** *** stated that on October 30th she would send a check for $via certified mail to my attorney, in my nameI have been in contact with my attorney daily to verify this check was receivedAs of yesterday at 6:pm EST my attorney's office had not received anything from Choice Business ResourcesThey are liars and owe this full amount to me as I cancelled within the 3-day cancellation agreement and never received anything from themThis issue is not resolved and I am not ending my pursuit to regain my funds.*** ***

We have reviewed Ms***'s complaint and reviewed our files We left several messages for her attorney in an effort to communicate with them We are sending Ms*** a full refund of $2,in order to resolve this matter as expeditiously as possible Payment will be mailed

We received a copy of the complaint We immediately contacted the customer today to resolve this matter This client had some issues and confusion regarding the services that were offered She was communicated with by our customer service department, and the issue was resolved
She will continue to keep getting services and sessions as offered under her contract

[redacted] As of 12/2/15, their response is not correct. My bank did lift the hold and I am responsible for payment. I still receive calls from Integrated Business Solutions soliciting business for me. I have received 7 calls per day, so I blocked them. That could be Amanda trying to reach me, but at this point I don't even want to speak to her.When I received a docu sign document signing that the hold was lifted because they didn't believe me, I noticed it came from Choice Business Solutions, but when I open the docu sign, it has Integrated Business Solutions-not Choice Business Solutions.I contacted one of my cards for $5520.00 reporting it to the fraud department. I also sent to Chase all correspondence to try and get credited $5750.00. I have not heard from either of them as of yet.I hope I can receive a resolution of this matter soon.Thank you.[redacted]

We have received [redacted]s complaint, and have already agreed to give her refund.  We have called numerous times in order to verify her information, and to process the refund, however we are not able to get through.  Furthermore, we sent her a letter regarding this, and have not heard back. She needs to contact our office so that we may proceed with the refund process.  We believe that there is a breakdown in communication with the client, and would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible, as well.
