Choice cabinets have been sending the cabinet company doing work in my home the wrong color items to finish our cabinets. I have been calling choice cabinets to get to the bottom of this it seems like the cabinet company can't. Nobody at choice cabinets will return my phone calls. I have been waiting 3 weeks to have my kitchen complete because of the wrong material.
(Following is an e-mail comment to Revdex.com staff - ***We have been working through our partner company that provided the cabinets to the dealer Colonial who had sold the kitchen to *** The issue was that the trim did not match the cabinets. We are working with our partner company and Colonial to provide custom finished replacement trim at no charge and the trim is expected to arrive within the next 2 weeks. I am confident that this will resolve the issue.
We ordered Choice Cabinets from ***. From the start they misrepresented the cabinet product. The drawers have the only identification so we think the rest of the doors and drawers are from another cabinet manufacturer. Choice CEO just provides lip service - is not standing behind Aspen Shaker White Wood Cabinets because they are cheap! Already chipped from installation. The colors of the doors, drawers and siding don't match either and they tell us it is the lighting. Ridiculous and would not recommend any product they make or sell. Buyer beware of *** who buys and then sells to the Vendor - Ie: *** Pathetic really that the Attorney General is not looking into the company providing misrepresentation of the product they claim to sell and what the consumer actually is getting! The doors and drawers cannot be confirmed from Choice and no one is giving us the information that we have requested! Also, we believe the workers could be illegals working for ***. They frown on military families and have treated us with such disrespect after receiving cash. WE did not finance any part of this project - a total kitchen renovation. WE are so disappointed in the kitchen. We thought we had hired an "Expert" designer - a real joke! Check them out! Terrible and they won't stand behind their guarantee either. We wish they would remove the cabinets that is how bad they look! We love to cook, but not know. It has been so much drama and inconvenience. And then the owner of *** insults because he is in the wrong. The CEO of Choice Cabinet in Ohio thinks he is more important than God! Don't do it. We want other people contemplating a kitchen renovation, please don't even consider any of these three companies!
