refund of my money and discontinue my account
I recently thought what was a trial basis turned out to be a running charge on my bank account of $89.87. This has already happened 2x. After numerous attempts to either email or call I could not get through. I emailed them the email on the bottle, no success, and I called the number 866-587-5033, no success. I cannot have this happen again as I live paycheck to paycheck. I would like them to refund my money and stop sending this product to me and stop charging my account.

I received a text message to my phone at 6am stating that I had a charge to come out of my account for 89.92.It also had the name of the business that made the charge to my debit card.So I waited till 9 for them to open and called them.I explained the situation that I didnt know where these charges came from and basically they wasnt authorized.I spoke to mutiple CSR and they couldnt retrieve anything on my name in their system.I wanted a refund.I wanted my money back.The CSRs was haging up in my face being rude pretending to be managers and refused to give me corporate number stating "the main office doesnt receive calls".Every corporate office recieves calls.I asked for employee numbers and last names and they refused to provide me with the information needed for me to name them whenever I talk to management.I refuse to let them jjst take my money and do someone else like this so I am doing a complaint.

Please note that Ms. has been refunded her purchase amount. The records I have for Ms. customer service experience do not Ms.' account. However, I am working closely with customer service team, reviewing Ms.' account, to ensure all callers are treated professionally and any issues remedied quickly and courteously.

I have not received my money back from this company.Should I give them a call?
Please note that I processed the refund upon submitting my response to the Revdex.com. However, I see from our customer management system that the refund for $89.92 was processed on 11/18/18. This was a clerical error on my part. I have refunded the her initial charge of $6.95 today as well. This is a shipping charge that is not refundable. However, considering the difficultly Ms. has encountered resolving this issue, I have also refunded this initial payment. If the refund was processed on 11/18, it will typically take 5-10 business days to post to the customer's card. Please allow until the end of the month for this refund to fully process. Please see a copy of the posted refund attached for reference. I do apologize again for the issues Ms. is having. If the refund is not received by EOM, I will issue a bank check directly to Ms. or refund her in her preferred method of payment. Thank you.
