I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I had two subscriptions only one magazine delivered to my resident. Your subscription service ran under the original subscription, thus getting me to pay twice. You sent me a renewal for Good Housekeeping which doesn't expire until 2018. I received your renewal running just under the dates. You got paid twice, I received nothing. Usually when you have two subscriptions the subscription is extended creating only one delivery, but no, your company keep the money. I am an older individual, I tried complaining through the Revdex.com for refund of my over payment. I have my money and I am not getting it back. I will not make the same mistake twice. I have proof I have your renewal solicitation, and I have the subscription and a letter from Good Housekeeping Subscription Service. Yes, I paid you in good faith thinking I was renewing, but I never new I had two subscriptions.

Again, we apologize for the confusion. We have canceled and refunded the subscription orders placed through our agency in the amount of $15.94. Please just check your [redacted] account for the refund, it is there. If you refer to your card holder agreement merchants can credit your account even if your card number has changed or expired. If you no longer have an account with [redacted] they will refund you the balance for any credits made to the account according your your cardholder agreement terms. We do not send physical checks to protect customers against fraud. We renew based on the subscriptions placed from our service as we have no way of knowing if you purchased other subscription through another source, unless you tell us and then we can adjust it. We now consider this issue closed since the desired resolution has been met.

Response to Complaint ID:[redacted]            This customer originally placed an order for Nuts and Volts magazine on 6/**/2015 to the below address which is different than the complaint: [redacted]

no complaints or service issues with the original subscription. The order renewed to the same address on 5/**/2016 as explained in the complaint. However, from the complaint it seems that the address has possibly changed before the renewal subscription started. Either way, we have no way of knowing whether or not you are receiving your issues if you don’t let us know so we can open an investigation and reply with a resolution. However, on 8/**/2016 the customer opened a customer service complaint that their subscription had expired and their renewal hasn’t started and asked to cancel and receive a full refund immediately without any further investigation. At the customer’s request our customer service promptly issued a cancel and full refund under our 100% Risk Free Guarantee and the customer was sent a confirmation email and an email from customer service explaining this on 8/**/2016. There was most likely a delivery address problem since the publisher did receive the payment for continuing their subscription because we received returned funds after our request to cancel had ultimately been processed. We sincerely apologize for the confusion/inconvenience but we do pride ourselves on running a business that is open, honest and guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. We are constantly looking for ways to improve customer communications and your comments are helpful in that endeavor.
