including our terms & conditions, please visit our website at trychoiceeyecream.com.Our records indicate that Ms. [redacted] Mathis has already accepted a 35% refund in the amount of $31.07 to settle her account. However, we understand Ms. [redacted] concerns and have gone ahead and issued a refund for the remaining amount of $57.71. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be fully processed. In addition, we have made sure the customer’s account is taken off recurring billing and will no longer be billed for any additional products. We’d also like to point out a misunderstanding in the complain. The only product that we sell is Choice Eye Cream. However, the customer mentions another product. There is nothing that our company can do to help resolve the customer’s dispute with the other company. As per the agreement, the end of trial charge would be for the original shipment, not for an additional item. We would not be able to process a refund for an open product after the 14 day trial. However, we do feel for Ms. [redacted] concerns and thus will be issuing a refund for the lastest charge in the total amount of $96.15.
