I have reviewed the following complaint, and the member had more payment pending for $in accordance to our day cancellation policyI have waived this last payment and removed him from [redacted] He will no longer receive calls or letters dated after this date 7/26/

After reviewing this account, Choice Fitness does not owe a refund back to [redacted] I have attached a copy of the signed agreement which states our late payment policy as well as our cancellation policy [redacted] went into Choice Fitness to cancel the membership on May 29th and was in arrears for May 22nd which was not paid at the clubWith our day cancellation policy, June would have to be paid as wellEach monthly payment is $and the late fee is $totaling $I will review all the email correspondence between [redacted] and [redacted] to determine if an apology is justified from ***In Good Health [redacted] Regional Manager Choice Fitness

[redacted] has already put in a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General's office and we tried to settle through them, but [redacted] declined our settlementI have attached a copy of [redacted] 's agreement and highlighted our day cancellation policy which means any invoices due within the next days of signing the cancellation form must be paid to the club, this includes the annual maintenance feeAt the time of cancellation, [redacted] angrily stormed out of the club without signing a cancellation form, this is the reason why the staff member followed her outside, to inform her that if she didn't sign the cancel form the membership would not be terminatedShe then turned around and yelled vulgarities at the staff member [redacted] did not comply with the day policy and went delinquent with Choice Fitness, from this point she has been to our collection agencyShe will have to [redacted] at [redacted] and reference [redacted] account number

[redacted] did not comply with our day cancellation policyShe stated she refuses to pay her annual maintenance fee which is part of her day cancellation notice, for this reason of nonpayment she has been sent to our collection agency, [redacted] [redacted] will have to settle with [redacted] as she has declined our settlement with the Attorney General's office

There was no negotiation It was pay what we tell you or we will start adding interest. The $fee they are referring to covers 6/1/to 6/1/2018. I have not attended since May 2017 Why would I pay a fee for a year that I would not be attending??I am still considering the last statements that I used rude language. I am and not about to engage in a situation with a Biker muscle builder yelling at my. I fled to my car as soon as my feet would take me there. How can one defend against someone with no ethic and who lies??

Regards,THEY refused to negotiate and to say I used vulgarities is an out and out LIE When I told them I would be ending my membership He pushed my membership back to me and I offered it again he again pushed it back to me. I was NEVER shown a cancellation form that is why I went across the street to the library and printed up one and delivered itThat is when he came out to the parking lot yelling

May 22nd which was not paid at the club. With our 30 day cancellation policy, June would have to be paid as well. Each monthly payment is $19.99 and the late fee is $19.95 totaling $59.93.
