The customer called Screaming at the top of their lungs swearing and calling namesYes I did hang up on them because no one deserves to be yelled at and swore at That is not professionalOffer still stands we have a document that shows out of warranty for their labor and as far as gas prices it is because no brand offers transportation to fix an itemIn order to not charge a customer we have to be in their general area to be able to service them if they are unwilling to pay for us to look at the itemA copy of the order for replacement cushions is attached to this response to prove this is in no way under labor nor has it ever been under a transportation for free

I was not incorrect as he put it on the mattress I selectedI selected a firm on the first mattress that was defectiveWhen upgrading to the replacement mattress I asked Robert D*** if this was also a firmHe replied yesHis employee is the one that is incorrect and made the mistake not me, then lied about it to save his own skinI would not and cannot go from a firm mattress to a super softThis man has a terrible business demeanor and I will be advising every person I know not to shop thereThey made the mistake so they should make it right

[Unbelievable! Willy knows that we spoke face to face with him within several months of the purchase of the sofa to inform him of the problem with the collapse of the undercarriage of the sofa! Yes, he may be able to provide proof of a work order to show it was done after the year warranty BUT that is only because they were so lacks in responding to the problem! We not only told Willy about the issue, we waited for him to call us back and WE needed to keep calling them because they NEVER returned our phone calls OR they would always have the same excuse..."We're sorry but we can't go to your house until we have a truck going up your way" ! That was followed up with "with gas prices the way they are" WHAT?? Finally, after months of calling and going into more than a year later...I called and spoke to Robert (Sales associate) and he was very pleasant. He called me back that afternoon and said there was a truck coming up our way the next morning. Unfortunately, that didn't work for us as my husband had a Heart Doctor's appointmentSo, here we go again! We understand that sometimes the items you purchase can be either a cherry or a lemon! We purchased a lemon! The unfortunate thing in this situation is business, Choice Furniture, and maybe even more the owner Willy was not willing to work with or follow up with their customer! If Willy thinks we were unwilling to be assisted he couldn't be further from the truth! Phone call after phone on our part to CHOICE FURNITUREThat is UNWILLING to be Assisted!! Lies, lies, lies!! OhAnd hanging up on us when we were trying to explain that you should be responsible for the labor as this issue was presented to you soon after purchase! Really?!?! How unprofessional! Hanging up on a customer! My husband called back and told Robert that if you didn't call back to apologize, he was going to contact the paper and print the kind of service you give! Thank you for at least calling back and admitting you shouldn't have done that. Nonetheless, the lack of professionalism and customer service makes Choice Furniture one of the worse businesses we have EVER dealt with. Yes, it may be cheaper to pay for the labor instead of us buying new but we are willing to do that because we feel it's the Principal of the Matter! Who knows maybe we would have to wait another THREE YEARS! We purchased a Complete Living Room full of Furniture and will Not do business with Choice Furniture or Willy again. We'll bring our business elsewhere!

Our store has each and every customer initial boxes indicating that we donot offer an in store warranty and the only warranty on the items that we sell are the whatcomes from the manufacturer. The customer came in picked out a mattress set we sold it to herit...

had a defect and the customer asked us to sell her another model which she tried during theselection process. Customer spoke to their sales person afterward and informed them theythought they had received the wrong mattress however upon further examination is wasdetermined the customer was incorrect. We asked a favor from Serta to allow us to do a returnhowever serta stance on this matter is it does not have a defect and therefore they are unwillingto allow a swap out. If there there becomes a defect in the mattress then the warranty is still infull force as long as the customer follows the guidelines set forth in the warranty packet that isattached to the mattress, Thank you

Our technitions arrived to the home and found that this item was misused not normal wear and tear and therefore the manufacturer is unwillinging to provide service to this customer as the product was not cared for correctly. Furthermore we cannot allow employees to work or be in the environment in...

[This is so totally unbelievable!!  At the time my husband was talking to Willy on the phone his men we're here evaluating the sofa and what needed to be repaired.  They know that we were very courteous on our end and and there was no swearing whatsoever!  Yes my husband raised his voice when Willy started screaming at the top of his lungs because he wasn't able to get a word in edgewise!  If that were the case and Willy didn't do anything wrong, why did he call back to to apologize about his Behavior?  As far as paying for gas, that is not what I was complaining about!!  What I said was, we were given the excuse time after time that Choice furniture would not make a special trip to our house until they had a truck coming up this way because the gas prices were high!!  It was a matter of convenience on their part!  Obviously Willy does not understand how to deal with customers.  Unfortunately on our part we did not know just how bad Choice Furniture was until this ordeal.  I wish we would have read all the reviews against them prior to this!  I'm glad that this is posted for a public review so people will think twice before making a purchase from them.  If they had just taken the initiative to repair the sofa Within the six or seven months of purchase, we wouldn't even be having this conversation!  Customer Service... Choice Furniture - PLEASE take lessons from some of your competitor!

Our store does not offer in-store warranties we go through a brand to offer warranties on products andtheir warranty is able to be seen on both their website and a hangtag on the product. We have eachcustomer initial boxes agreeing to release our store from all defects that are not covered from...

thebrand.This customer contacted our store concerning their situation after the manufactures warranty hadexpired for the portions of their product that they are complaining about which has aesthetic situationsoccurring. The brand has gone above and beyond and is offering to give us the parts to fix the producthowever they are not willing to give us the labor to fix this item as it is no longer under warranty for thisproblem, nor did the customer contact us about this aesthetic issue prior to the 1-year warranty. Thelabor to fix this is an estimated at 79.00 as a gestor of good faith we offered a 50% discount on the laborto the customer to get this fixed. That offer still stands we will fix the sofa for a 50% discount of thelabor to assist them in getting their sofa fixed. Thank youWilliam P[redacted]
