The following information is according to a telephone conversation between Pedro G***, Puritan Manager and *** Representative, September 27, at 1:pm. The *** representative indicated that customer *** *** called *** on July 20, to file a claim.
The *** representative emailed a claim form to the customer soon after the phone call. The *** representative indicated that the customer opened the email claim form on August 4, 2017. According to *** procedure the customer was to fill out the forms and mail them back to ***. *** never received the completed forms.The customer is solely responsible for filing their claims directly with *** per the agreement. Although Puritan Furniture is in no way responsible for the customer compliance with the procedure for filing a claim with ***, Puritan Furniture will reimburse the customer for the amount paid for the *** protection and applicable tax. the amount to be refunded is $95.69. the breakdown is as follows:$49.99 Sofa Fabric Protection$39.99 Loveseat Fabric Protection$ 5.71 Tax The customer stated the disputed amount of $173.18 this amount is in error. The $represents the delivery charge of $plus the applicable sales tax. The customer will be required to come in to Puritan furniture to sign a cancellation of the *** agreement. The customer paid by credit card and will have the refund credited back to the cred card used at the time of purchase. Sincerely,Gea B***

Regarding the [redacted] model [redacted] mattress you had purchased and had delivered on June 1, 2017.  The [redacted] mattress manufacturers warranty clearly states for defects only and not for comfort.Regarding the dresser and chest you had also purchased and had delivered on the same...

date June 1, 2017.  This bedroom collection has been a running item at Puritan Furniture since 2010.  The exact same quality you saw and chose in our showroom is the exact same quality that was delivered to your home.
