Kenneth,Good evening and thank you for the email and call today.  I have attached a series of emails from [redacted] to dispute his claims.  You will see that we communicated with [redacted] throughout the process and he in fact cancelled the reservation the first time by mistake....

 I contacted him back and asked if he meant to cancel and he indicated no.  I explained to him that we only had one 32 passenger that was available to run one shift and if he wanted just the 32 passenger, he would have to have the vehicle for the entire time which would have been more expensive than running multiple shifts; therefore, we offered a 24 passenger to accompany the 32 passenger for the second shift as things would begin to die down and a 24 passenger would probably suffice.  Our policy states that Choice cannot guarantee vehicle availability, but will provide a suitable vehicle. We work in an office with 12 other professionals and at no time did I raise my voice to him.  I did let him know that we had other inquiries for these vehicles and if he did not wish to move forward, he should let us know so that we could release the reservation. With regards to being charged “50% immediately”, per our terms & conditions (see attached); which [redacted] agreed to, a 50% non-refundable deposit is billed upon completion of reservation request.  He would have to agree to the terms & conditions in order to proceed with his reservation. We are a family owned, service disabled veteran owned business and have been serving the community since 2002; over 15 years, and we have never had a complaint with the Revdex.com and that says a lot.  Actually, [redacted] was not billed the $300 cancellation fee for each vehicle as we waived it ($900); even after he personally slander me on social media and defamed my character. I am also including a pdf copy of the terms & conditions that are listed on the corporate website.  I would like to mention that we also offered the 2016 Cadillac limousine for a $400 discount as well. If you have further questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.  Regards,  Dr. Ben E.
