I was called out to rekey the clients' PTent Camper DoorArriving on site there was no existing key and there was concern another person may have oneIt seemed suspicious but it was parked in the drivewayI impressioned a key to open the locks as they were keyed-alikeThe actual lock for
the door , the way the door is built , is not really made to be taken out and apart but I attemptedI got angry at myself when re-installing as I had the timing wrong and had to re-drill out all the rivets around the skin of the door and then re-install againI do disagree of the account made of itI've been in business for several years and am not out to scare people. I was able to complete putting the lock back in even though it could not be taken apart to be rekeyedI was able to rekey the tool box portion to a separate key which had it's own set of problems but I got it figured outI cleaned the area, cut keys each for the locks and walked to the front screen door to explain what would have to be doneAfter explaining the problem I offered to come back and install a new lock if one is availableI do apologize for not turning the job down to begin with as situations like this arise and I can see the problems in advanceI do want to apologize for getting angry at myself unaware the client was standing thereA full refund is hereby granted as I have not cashed the check and will notI have done work for this client in the past and treated them with utmost respect and fairnessAs is the case this time

Review: I used this business last year in Sept. I believe it is the owner [redacted]. I just had him out again today and he alarmingly got very angry, began to swear in my driveway and throw tools down when he made a mistake. He was so angry I asked him to please calm down and I informed him he was actually scaring me. But he ignored me and began attacking my camper door to the degree that I felt he might cause damage. I was so alarmed I called my neighbor and a male friend to come over because I was scared of him. Then the lock person just walked right into my home with out knocking, to give me the bill. My friend then took over and went in front of me an led the man out of my home so he could not get near me. He proceeded to charge me 165.00 for a unsuccessful lock change, and one small lock changed successfully within 15 minutes of his arrival. The second lock took him well over an hour and half and he did not succeed at changing it, he had his meltdown with hostile anger, went at it again then he also bent the door to my trailer in his attack oh my door. When he gave me the bill in front of my friend, He said to me " Oh I was just angry at myself".. no apology or anything. I said to him " your anger was very apparent". I was sick from the experience. I felt ripped off, verbally abused in his anger outburst, invaded in my home space with no knock. This is the most unprofessional conduct I have ever experienced from any one in my 49 years.Desired Settlement: I feel an apology as well as a refund for the services not completed. He tried to tell me that he would gladly come back out if I order the right RV locking mechanism for free. I will never have this individual anywhere near my person again.
