Review: Choice Marketing Corp sent an installer to switch my television service from [redacted] to [redacted] on May 2, 2013. The installer took a piece of equipment, which I purchased from [redacted], without my knowledge or permission. I called the installer, he confirmed he took the piece of equipment and he assured me he would return it. I have since contacted him 3 additional times and called the owner 3 times but have not received my equipment back.Desired Settlement: Equipment returned or a refund for my purchase price of $59.

After speaking to our installer who was resposible for taking the [redacted] ICCK, and relying on him to return the [redacted] ICCK which was not done. We have taken the proper action with that installer.

The day of recieving this email we have sent a new [redacted] ICCK to our customer to make things all right. We apologize for the inconvience.

Review: I used this company for a dish move. I could have just called [redacted] and not paid anything, but they did a really good job the first time we used them. After putting my move off for a week, they messed up the wiring. Now I am to wait again 3 weeks till they can come fix there mistake. I was also told that because I was put off three times, that I would not have to pay for the move and yet I paid Full Price for all that they did. I will not use this company again.Desired Settlement: I want them to fix what they did. And not have to wait for them, or a full refund for the move since I will have to pay someone else to fix what they did.

I am sorry you feel this [redacted]. We did not put you off a week to get you moved to your new house, it was only a day. We where suppose to come out Thursday and I forgot about the install and did apologize to you and then we came out the next day on Friday and set up your new house. You did not want the morning schedule so you would not have to miss work so we installed you that night after work. This was a benefit with going with us because you would have had to take time off and with us you did not have to.

Regarding you problem, I told you how easy it was to fix it or if you wanted the installer to come back out he would but it would be in 3 weeks since we have 100 jobs from the [redacted] do install and now in Lewiston, Idaho. Your system is working - you are not losing signal just dvr conflict. I told you to record things on your two hoppers not only on one. Again, I am more than happy to come back out in 3 weeks when we are finished our jobs. I told you that you could try calling [redacted] to get them to come out in the mean time. So if you would like us to come out and fix the hopper conflict then please call the office and we are more than happy to get it done.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I want a refund of the money I paid to them. They did not do the job correctly and are putting me off again, a return customer. I would like to reslove this and get my service fixed. The service that they messed up. I am unabel to record on the other DVR because the systerm does not reconize it. The company only set up one DVR, the other is not even on my bill anymore. Therefore I am unable to use their "fix" to the problem they caused. If I call [redacted] I will be Charged AGAIN. That is why they need to come out and fix it, but now I do not want them to do anything. They will porabley mess something else up.

First off, [redacted] does charge for a dishmover, of $100, unlike what Mrs. [redacted] has said. She went with us because we did it for only $50. [redacted] would have made her miss a day of work because they do not install after 5pm, where we do. So I want to make it very clear that we did Mrs. [redacted] a favor of not only giving her a mover for 1/2 the price but allowing her not to miss her work day, which has HUGE monetary value.

We had Choice Marketing convert us away from our old provider..we not only saved $1000.00 in the first year with our new service...but my high speed internet got better...they are awesome! They have Great customer service after the sale as well! Just called them with question on a Saturday and they have scheduled a service to add TV on another wall ...once again Great Service!
