On May 5, this office did see Mr*** for a total of $this claim was submitted on the day of service via electronic filing
Monthly Statements are mailed out to each patient with a balance due, even the ones awaiting insurance payments
On June 16, *** *** called and verified insurance information claim was once again submitted via electronic filing and sent again two days later
On July 16, *** *** called again with Mr*** on the other line to inform us claim was in process and payment would be sent out
On July 29, I called *** *** in regard to the claim and was informed Mr*** was mailed a check in the amount of $Because he does not have regular dental coverage, *** *** only made a payment toward the Comprehensive oral evaluation & BitewingsNothing was paid towards the full Mouth Debridement

The employees at Magna Dental do their job billing insurance companies, which is a courtesy for our patientsWe also like getting paid on a timely basis and strive to have zero issues with claims
