I have to say that I hardly ever write reviews unless I am really compelled to do so, and I can't say enough to describe the positive customer experience we received from Choice Mortgage Bank and Emmanuel.

My wife and I were first time home buyers and were scared to death. We had seen too many programs on HGTV and knew the types of hurdles and disappointments couples had gone through when buying their first home. We knew we needed experts to help us, and to be honest, complete hand holding. Well - that's exactly what we got with Emmanuel.

The process was so smooth with Choice Mortgage that I almost forgot we were buying a house. I first talked to Emmanuel and explained that we were total newbies to purchasing a home, we were both self employed at our own company, and we had no idea what we were doing when it came to financing a home. He clearly explained the entire process and handled everything from start to finish. We sent in a few documents, received frequent updates on our loan process - and before we knew it, we had keys to a new home.

I don't usually submit reviews for the good, bad or ugly.. HOWEVER!!! I met [redacted] through a very good friend of mine. She trusted him 100% and I trust her 100%. I needed to buy my rental house. I didn't wanna move, spoiled, right? WRONG!! I work hard!!! I talked to E for some guidance. He guided me through every tormenting process to refinance my 1st home. Didnt look to good so my boyfriend brought in another broker, UGH! Glad he did!! That guy said NO GO on a new home!! Then I was introduced to [redacted] I think E does new finances and Jared does refinances? Either way, I had to refinance my investment property so I cld purchase the rental I'm living in. Well, these guys did some major magic!! My 1st home has been refinanced at a lower interest rate and I am currently in the process of purchasing my 2nd home. And believe me I don't make much money!! But I have great credit!! These guys are SUPER, HONEST GUYS!!! I will never go with any other brokers!! These 2 work so well together!! I'd do it again with them!! :) I've even referred them to my friends up north. However, I believe the coverage is limited? Sorry!! Lol
