I apologize that we have not been able to look at your repair issue. We should have just said we would not be able to take care of it due to previous scheduled obligations, but we hated to turn someone away. We have tried to get out there to take a look at it several times, but when
we actually had the chance to do so, the weather did not permit. We are currently evaluating the procedures that we need to change to better assist customers with repair and service work.
