I had already paid for the paternity testing to be done and this was completed prior to the attorney being assignedShe was assigned to "determine the best interest of the child" and override "Marital Presumption" although the paternity test clearly showed thatShe was provided a copy of my test results and used those in our final hearing to state it was overcomeI heard nothing from her afterFollowing our final hearing on January 13th, I was told numerous times by the courthouse that all they were waiting on for our bill to be complete was her finalized, itemized billIt is not April and she has failed to provide this despite numerous phone calls to both her contact number provided and the courthouse
