I need to share a personal experience while travelingWe needed a shuttle service from SFO to the Cocoa Beach area and booked a round trip for passengers with [redacted] on 12-21-and paid with a credit card in full + 20% gratuity, however the bill stated FIRST CHOICE CRUISE SHUTTLE was the merchant who charged my cardPrinted off the confirmation and kept it in my purse while travelingOur flight arrived at 6:32pm and our pick up time was 7pmWe called the contact number and it went down hill from thereWe eventually got picked up at 9:50pm! Several phone calls, arguments and stories laterThe driver asked for a tip so we tipped him even though it was included in the original chargeThe return trip was not any easierReturned from a cruise and stayed an extra day at a resort in Cocoa BeachCalled to confirm the evening before our 10am pick up taking us back to SFOThe dispatch argued about my reservation and I explained I had a printed confirmation in handHe said we don't pick up from their for Sanford AirportI again said I had written confirmation and he said 'I give you money back" I said no and he said to go back to the cruise terminal to be picked upI called the next morning and the dispatch had no knowledge of my conversation the night beforeThey sent a shuttle at 9:45amWhen we arrived at the airport the driver wanted payment in fullI showed her the documents and she took pictures of it with her phoneWe also tipped her When I arrived home, I discovered our credit card was charged again but this time by ALL CENTRAL FLORIDA SHUTTLE days after travelWell, my bank is helping us out after getting no where with anyone from the company who all claim to know nothing about itHowever, and here's the thing, the original charge was billed to First Choice Cruise Shuttle and the second to All Central Florida, neither of which I have heard of in the mean time we had to cancel my debit card and now I have to contact various places to make billing changes when I receive my new card

At this point I am only writing a review of how our experience has gone so farI called *** to arrange a ride from Orlando International Airport to our Hotel in Cocoa BeachThe man told me to make the reservation on line and I would get an conformation in 4-hoursI went on line and while filling in the details the automated system did not recognize the hotel we are staying at***this is not a little unknown hotelI then call them back and he told me to just put the name, address and pick up times in the comments boxAgain he told me I would get a conformation in 4-hours, which I did from, ***! all this conformation has on it is a place for us to get picked up B#ground level oneNo day or timeno return informationIt did however have the info I put in the comment sectionIt also gave us the name Cindy and a phone numberI have called this number many times only to get a generic answering service telling me to leave a messageWITH WHO??? WHO IS CINDY? I did a reverse look up on this phone number and it came up as a private cell phoneI looked into the credit card that I gave them to pay for the shuttle and I have been charged for people round tripYes this is what I requestedBUTThe company on my CC that charged me is *** of Orlando FLSo this is different company names for one request for a shuttleNot to mention, I am pretty certain most businesses wait until the service is preformed to charge the customer I will come back after this is over to give you the outcomeI can almost guarantee it wont be goodOh I forgot to mention that the original place I contacted, their webpage says they are verified and secured by ***

Printed off the confirmation and kept it in my purse while traveling. Our flight arrived at 6:32pm and our pick up time was 7pm. We called the contact number and it went down hill from there.
