I am rejecting this response because:Aloha Christopher,As you can see in the attached *** in PDF format, in regarding to last phase final electrical inspection tasking; You did contact me on Aug 4, (the house wasn't ready); But since September 5, the drywall has been installed; I have tried to contact you WITHOUT success by:* Many phone calls to you from September 5, to September 26, 2015* Written e*** on September 26, 2015It's good now we are communicating, I believe we can have a win-to-win position if Mr. Christopher Tofa finish the last 1/phase Final Electrical Inspections tasking as follow (please see attached PDF file for short contract descriptions with dates & signatures): * Both LABOR & MATERIAL for Wiring, Circuit Breakers, Electrical boxes, Receptacles, Switches* Installing the External Light Fixtures* On my part, please let me know so I can procure the following: - Number of AC Smoke Detectors - Number & Type of Arc-Faults - Number & Type of External Internal Light Fixtures* Final Electrical Inspection by City of HonoluluWhen done, I'll be happy to pay you the final balance of $2,for the last 1/phase Final Electrical Inspections tasking Respectfully,*** **
