A service call to repair leaky faucet was submitted via ***The faucet had two leaks: bottom (through the o-ring) and top (through the cartridge)
The plumber fixed the cartridge, however refused to replace the o-ringHe claimed that I would have to make another service call for thisI asked about applying caulking around faucet base (something that any decent plumber would probably do) and he said that the insurance didn't cover itHe needed proven insurance coverage for caulking? Also, immediately after he replaced the cartridge, the faucet (it's a single lever faucet) developed a new problem, the lever wouldn't stay up in half open positionI tried to explain to him that he was responsible for the entire faucet repairHe said that he would call his office to find out the details, walked to his van andtook offBy the way, he didn't even ask me to sign the work completion papers, however an hour later his office reported to the *** that the work was complete
I don't think the plumber acted professionallyInstead it felt like money extortionI will never use services of CHOICE PLUMBING INC again

It never fails that something breaks at the most inopportune time. Thank goodness for Rick from Choice Plumbing who came to my rescue. I had a leak in the guest bathroom sink and a puddle of water on the floor just 2 days before Christmas. Unlike other companies that weren't willing to come out to repair this until the Monday after the holiday, Rick came out the same afternoon an quickly had everything repaired. I sincerely appreciate having a business that is there for you in you time of need who sends qualified and very personable technicians to your home, Already have plans to have additional work done by Rick and Choice Plumbing in the near future.

I had water damage and choice plumbing came out. They got started right away, bringing in blowers and cutting out my walls and clean up. They probably saved me from having way more damage and mildew than what I had. Michael was super nice explaining every step, helping me with my insurance and answering all my questions.
Since choice plumbing was going to be putting my walls back and painting I mentioned that I was wanting to do renovations. Come to find out Choice Plumbing are also excellent at interior decorating. Choice Plumbing are the nicest and most professional company I've ever dealt with. I am so happy with my new home. I will definitely call Choice Plumbing for All my plumbing needs.
