I was looking to purchase multiple parts for my aging spa new jets and other worn out parts. the customer service was exceptional over the phone. I had no idea what model of parts to order and [redacted] spent a lot of time making sure I was ordering the applicable parts for my tub. Also gave me some excellent advice on installation and care to extend the life of my tub. Professional, polite ,and patient while beating all online competitors on price.
