To whom it may concern,I sincerely apologize for any troubles my company may have caused, to both the customer & to the Revdex.com regarding this matter. Though the insurance claims process can a bit arduous, there are simply no true valid reasons for this issue to have occurredThis circumstance
is unacceptable! Actions will be taken internally to discipline those involved & prevent any such events in the future! My company successfully completes literally hundreds of similar jobs every year with no such issues.A refund of the full deposit has been issued & mailed to the customer.I thank you for the opportunity & again, I apologize for the shortcomings that took place.John P***CEO/President

I had a great experience with this company. They did an awesome job on my house. I had a new roof and shutters put on my home. This company was very timely with completing the job. They were very professional and courteous. They took the time to answer any questions I had and were very knowledgeable. They also worked directly with the home insurance company which relieved a lot of stress for me. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for work done on their home.
