Review: ordered and item from this site. Received an email stating they do not car this size. I asked if they could suggest another site to purchase from. I was told they would not refer me to a competitor. I suggested removing the size as a purchase option, asked for my refund and said I would shop with another site. I received this message I return:

Nice attitude [redacted]. It's always a surprise to me how stupid and quick tempered internet customers are. Before your last email I guess you forgot we have your money and you still need us to refund your account.... so you still need us to do something for you. Is it smart to act poorly like that when you still need something from us? Yes we will refund your money.... when we get around to it.Desired Settlement: refund my purchase

We processed the customer's refund the minute she asked for it. What you're not seeing is the series of pushy and rude emails prior to the one she's posting. The point was... save your rudeness (or just skip it altogether) when you still need something from the company. If you're going to be mean to your waiter, don't do it at the beginning of the meal! NOT SMART. It should be noted this customer then went on an all out tyrade to try and bad mouth our company including social media and this ridiculous Revdex.com complaint... all because of why? The pair of pants she ordered weren't in stock anymore.

I had to cancel my order and get a refund. I ordered a bt tm-15 sniper kit, spent about 250 and never received any confirmation from them that they received my order, so I tried to call several times but they are ONLY an email company. After feeling suspicious about the company, having dealt with false internet company's before I sent them an email (after 4 days of not hearing anything) requesting some type of confirmation of my order, a phone call verification, or shipping number within a week if not, I would like to cancel my order. I was blown away by the continuous email attitude I got! Calling me pushy, that I'm acting poorly! I just as a customer wanted some type of validation my order was received. When I expressed this they talked even more nasty! At that moment I decided I will not give one dime to this company. You should respect your customers. Instead I went [redacted] and everything went smoothly, got my confirmation right away and delivered quick.

The paintballs the customer ordered are back ordered and this is clearly listed on our website as a 'Pre Order' (written directly next to the title of the product - impossible to miss) with an estimated shipping date of July 2013. The customer orders them UPS 2nd day air despite clear notices the product was not in stock. We sent the customer an email letting him know the product was back ordered and that expedited shipping was not an option. We gave him options of waiting for the back order and refunding his card the difference in shipping or canceling the order. We heard nothing from him until we receive a fairly rude email about 8 days later stating he will be disputing the charge with his credit card company so we immediately cancelled his order and refunded his money. Despite this, the next day he registered a complaint with the Revdex.com... saying he wants a refund of the shipping cost and still wants his merchandise! We have given his name to the manufacturer of the paintballs warning them he is trouble and to avoid his business.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the following response is warranted: The Email I received from choicepaintballguns.com stated: "Dear [redacted], Thank you for your business. We have received your order, however it is pending; your card has not yet been charged. We will process your order within 24 hours, once it has passed a series of fraud checks." They represented that card had not been charged, yet it had been charged. If the merchandise was on backorder and not shipped, why did they charge my card. Im fine with the refund and getting my money back. With respect to being rude, this is clearly a case where ChoicePaintballGuns.com screwed up, charged my card and did not ship the merchandise. So Choicepaintballguns.com will charge your credit card even though customer didnt authorize it and merchandise was not available? Sounds rude and dishonest to me. Had I not canceled the charge on my credit card I would still be waiting for merchandise even though I paid for 2nd day air. Its standard industry practice to charge when shipped. They charged prior to shipment AND before merchandise was available. I simply wanted a refund or the merchandise shipped -- not too much to ask. They failed to return phone calls and failed to respond to emails. Im glad I made this complaint otherwise I would still be waiting for merchandise I already paid for. I had recently ordered a new paintball gun, the BT-4 Slice G36 elite. Reading over their shipping rules I read that it may cause delay if ship to and bill to address were not the same. I quickly emailed them and got a response the SAME day, they confirmed that it was ok and my gun was also shipped that day! I bought my gun here because of the HUGE selection of tactical and official paint ball guns. It's wonderful if I ever have to get anything paintball again, you bet I will return to them. I already tell my friends to buy paintball stuff from there and I will continue to do so even more.

Review: I wanted to buy a BT Paintball sniper Marker for my son. The Marker is shipped as one complete kit as you can see on his website. The order was paid online with a credit card on Wednesday 12/20/13 at 1:02 AM. EST. Later on Wednesday morning he contacted me about the credit card. Wanted the person who's name was on the card to call him. This was all about fraud . My wife called and everything checkout. We also paid for 2nd. Day delivery. My wife ask him if the order will arrive in time for Christmas. He told her yes it will. On Friday I called him and asked what was going on with the Order. We have not received an email or phone call about the tracking of the order. He told me that the Sniper Marker I order was out of stock. And that he would have to ship in 2 different packages. He told me at that time there was 1 tracking number and he was waiting to finish finding the rest of the order for the 2nd. tracking number to send them both to me at the same time. Please take note on their terms it states if an item is out of stock they will ship what they have in stock and back order the rest of the order. What is wrong is I order a Marker as 1 complete kit. That means 1 tracking number for a quick 2 day delivery. On Friday when I called he told me then about the change with the order. He did not have the maker I ordered so he had one part of the order looking for the rest. He should of called me to give me the choice what I wanted to do. Instead he changed everything without my okay. I told him this is not how you run a business. He should of called us about not having what we ordered in stock. He changed the contract with out having our permission to change it. He got angry and hung up the phone on me. On Saturday I contacted him by email I still did not know what was going on. I emailed him and ask for a refund and to please charge it back to my wife's credit card. ( I have that email for you to look at) He told me I would have to pay for all shipping & 30% restocking fee for the refund. So they did not have the Marker I ordered. They took it upon their self to change the order / contract. And I want to cancel the order and have to pay all the fees. This is truly a RIP OFF. I was also called a Putz in the email along with he said stop acting like a [redacted] What a way to treat your customers I am a Revdex.com member myself. And this really upsets me when another Revdex.com member gives such poor customer service. And then tries to put the blame on the customer. Oh another thing I want the Revdex.com to read in this email where he wanted me to Apologize for telling him this is not how you run a business. And in return he would send us our tracking numbers. Well I did what he wanted and I didn't receive the tracking numbers because I don't think he sent my order yet.Desired Settlement: Let the public know on the Revdex.com website how this Company treated us for this will not happen again.

We never told this customer the gun he ordered was out of stock. The supplier we get the product from did not have the base gun in stock, only the parts kit that. To satisfy the order, we had to order the base gun from a different supplier, however this is commonly done and would not delay his order by any means. The customer paid one shipping fee with his order. Rather than having to cancel his order, our business took the hit and paid double shipping to try and get him his full order in time for Christmas. This customer also doesn’t understand how tactical paintball markers are shipped. They are a rifle with numerous pieces attached; for shipping, nearly all these types of products are sent disassembled to avoid parts getting broken off in the mail, yet he complains he would have to put it together. He doesn’t understand… you have to put all of them together. The customer also had different shipping and billing addresses. When this is the case, we have to investigate the addresses to make sure the order is not fraudulent; this takes an extra day or two and this is posted in our policies. Even with the extra time this process takes, we were still able to get his product ordered and shipped in time. This customer has been rude since his first phone call. We went out of our way to accommodate him (spending extra money and time) to ensure his order was complete, correct and delivered on time, yet he was condescending and nasty. His order was not changed and is scheduled for delivery with extra time to spare. The next day he called our phones 7 times and left rude, hateful and threatening messages. We have a strict policy about rudeness in our shop; once the customer acts poorly, the customer service stops. This customer took offense to every part of the process despite it being a normal transaction with no set backs or problems other than the ones he’s caused us. He complained to the Revdex.com and wrote several negative things about our store on the internet before his order was even delivered.

An amazing company!!! Due to a shortage of ETEK 4 markers, I purchased a blue one off of their website. Sadly, like all the other sites I tried, they did not have it in stock( I don,t blame them, Planet Eclipse has stopped manufacturing them). What amazed me was within 30 minutes to 1 hour of my purchase, the company president(Dan L[redacted] sent me a very polite letter informing me that my marker was out of stock. Me and him communicated and he worked with me throughout the whole order. Shipping was amazing and the marker works fine!! Great company and staff, thanks you guys!!
