With that said, we did feel bad for what happened and tookMr. [redacted]vehicle to the Ford dealer. The ignition lock was damaged and we had itrepaired and re-keyed. Airport Transmission paid for this. Additionally we tried to havethe window fixed but according to Ford, the window was added after the vehicle wasmanufactured and they could not get the part.We were willing to pay a few hundred dollars out of good faith. We told the customer toget an estimate. We were never contacted with an estimate just mailed a bill. MyService Writer has tried to contact the customer to discuss the situation and did not hearback.Almost $1200 seems excessive for a window repair and out of good faith we are willingto offer $300.Donald S[redacted]Airport Transmission###-###-####
