Confederate was in my home in april to fix a leak in the ac. they repaired a switch.
last evening noticed a huge leak in the living room came by out today to tell me the filter needed changing was told they were not there for maintenance in april to they don't have to tell you that spoke with owner who said everyone knows you change your air filter every month told him I had been a customer of confederate in my previous home I sold in january and I rented a hotel for nearly a month and a half.
I am in a rental home at this time so I would not know to change it monthly
basic standard of service is not too much to ask if you are gonnna prevent a customer from hundreds of dollars of repairs when I go get my oil changed they tell me if I need an air filter or oil filter what a crock of b s that as a standard they do not as a nurse if you come in with a wound and I don't mention to the doc its infected because you did not come in for that reason... I failed to provide you with a decent service and a safe practice. the ceiling is soaked. mold can grow up there etc.... you would do better dealing with a real company who takes pride in taking care of their clients they should be ashamed instead they stole my money
