My husband was told to come here from a co-worker and was told they will give him a good deal. We needed our 2007 yellow Cobalt repainted because someone had spilled some chemical on the top and side of his car that ate away at the paint job. The car also had sun damage so my husband wanted a new paint job for the car. We talked with the owner and he beat the other estimates so we went with them. He also said for the deal he was giving us it would be under the table so he does not have to pay taxes on the job. This of course should have made us run because if they are willing to screw someone else they will also screw you, I see this in hindsight.
They had the car 4 days. and we came and picked it up. From what we saw it looked ok. I should have paid closer attention and run my hand over the paint job before we left but didn't. This is my husbands car so I never washed it or payed much attention to it.
Well it is now about 6 months later and my husband got stationed in Korea and I am taking care of the car and paying more attention. I had to take the car to the Chevy dealership for a recall and have it fixed. The Chevy dealership was nice enough to give the car a wash after the repair. We live on a dirt road so it stays dusty. When I got the car back I could not believe how sun damaged the hood, back, and 1/2 the top was. I could see that [redacted]'s only painted the side and 1/2 the top where the chemical damage was and probably waxed and shined the rest to blend in. I could not believe they would do this to us. I told my husband on the phone what I saw and he said he noticed it a couple months ago but he is the type of person to say "oh well" but I am not. We work hard for our money and for [redacted]'s to scam us out of over a thousand dollars makes my blood boil. I will be reporting them to Revdex.com and and also the tax man. If you work hard for your money and expect a business to have morals and integrity then STAY CLEAR OF CHONS because they have none of the above.
