I bought a carberator for a Triumph and it did not fitI called and they said they would only give me store credit because it was past the return fine frameI agreed because I figured I would purchase one that would fit even though the one I bought met the measurements and requirements for my bikeI sent it to them for store credit and they sent it back and said there was a crack in it? Well how did I do it if it never fit the bike and I never used it? I tried to discuss this with them but they said it was my faultI don't understand how thus could be if it was never usedMost likely it was a malfunctioning carberator and the crack was there when it was sent to me

We also have a policy through a home warranty company and when our spring busted on our garage door we called them They referred us to Choose the Right Door We called on a Sunday and were told they would be out Tuesday between 2pm and 5pm (Monday was a holiday) I received a call from Jim around 2:45pm letting me know that he would be at our house around 3:30pm He was sitting in front of our house when I arrived He came in, gave me the cost before starting the work (some of which was not covered by the home warranty - no fault of his) completed the work within about 30-minutes When he was done, he explained again, exactly what work was done and provided me with some additional maintenance tips to increase my garage door's lifespan He was very courteous, professional and I would highly recommend him

Never ceases to amaze me how far from the truth some people are willing to strayFirst and most important, this person is covered under contract with his home warranty company, and any issues he may have are to be directed to themThe time line of his service request is: Oct30th, placed request
for service, we called and set an appointment for initial diagnosis on Nov3rd, information was given to owner for final disposition of repair or replace, parts were deemed too expensive vsnew unit, we called and set an appointment for replacement on Nov13th, Nov13th, the unit was replacedWe are bound by the contract we have with his home warranty company and have complied with the terms of his contractWe have spoken with him numerous times, obviouslyWe have been to his home twice and the entire process only took two weeks to resolveWe have responded, both to this person and to his warranty company, every step of the way in getting his issue resolvedHis complaint is without merit, because he has been dealt with fairly, timely, and in accordance with his contractHe is always free to take up his concerns with his warranty company

service fee is due at the time the technician arrives. The technician diagnoses the problem and checks for coverage of the opener issue. The customer had an issue not covered by her warranty policy, so the technician COULD NOT make any repairs. The tenant did not pay the service fee, so our company left. They contacted us to do the spring repair through our company, as it was not covered by warranty. We did that repair, and did satisfactory work. She paid our company. At no time, was there any mention of any damages to any personal property. Interestingly enough, that claim appears now that the unpaid service fee has been billed to the customer. Our technicians are well-trained and friendly, but they do not wear uniforms, just shirts with their names on them. They also use their own vehicles, most have small SUV's or vans. They have smart phones containing the service call emails, not paperwork. She has the opportunity to contact the home warranty company and address these issues. I suppose it is much simpler to run to social media and yell about injustice. Our company provided her service within the guidelines of her warranty program. She had no complaint until her non-payment of the service fees caused her an issue.

We have a policy with [redacted] and as such, when our garage door opener failed, we contacted them for their recommended service provider. They directed us to contact Choose The Right Door as that was the [redacted] service rep in our area. After contacting them, I read some of the reviews in here and honestly had some concerns about the quality of repair and what level of service we would see. We contacted them on a Thursday morning about setting up a time for our repair. I did have to call back a second time because the first time I called I did not receive a call back but on my second message, I received a call back from them in about 20 minutes. We set up an appointment for the next day, Friday and was given a window of 10;00 am till noon. At about 9:45 we received a call from Mr. Jim, the owner, to see if he could come on to the house. My wife and I, since it was our off day, were tickled to death that the repair/service was not only towards the front end of the 2 hour window but was actually about 10 minutes early. Mr. Jim, the company owner, and I looked at the door and he said it would not be a problem and he could have it fixed. In about 20 minutes, he had completed the repair. He had also done some additional "little" things not required by the repair order e.g. greasing every hinge and the rails on the door to insure smooth operation. He also showed me a few maintenance tips to insure smooth operation and extend the performance of the door opener. We were so pleased with the service and Mr. Jim's assistance, my wife included a tip on the payment as a show of our appreciation. I cannot speak to the experiences of other customers, but we HIGHLY recommend Choose The Right Door. They showed up as scheduled, did the repair AND a few additional things and had the entire job done and had left the house by about 10:45...(45-50 minuts total)

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  The response from Choose the Right Door is a flat out LIE. I have telephone records that I can provide from my phone as well as my husbands and EVERYTIME we called there was a voicemail only we left messages each time and were never contacted. AHS had to call tem several times and they contacted THEM back the only time they called my husband was either the 10th or 11th to set the appointment. Yes, they did fix the garage on the 13th and on the 16th the brackets they put up when they installed the new garage unit fell down which made another repair neccessary. We called them on the 16th,17th and I called them again this morning and still no response. AHS has now contracted another company to come and fix what Choose the Right Door screwed up. They also sent an email to the contract manager that handles their contracts with AHS due to the lack of professionalism and non-responses. When you are paying for a service it is only common sense that your customers be able to reach you if there are any other issues not speak with [redacted] on your answering machine. I hope that AHS removes this company from going out and screwing up anyone else's garage not to mention the invonvence that you all have cased myself and my husband. I will make sure I expose this company any chance I get because you all should not be in business. You are a pitiful excuse for a company and if what you stated was true and you resolved the issues with my garage why is another comapny having to come and fix it.
