Bragg Used Appliances boasts about their cheap prices and their warrantiesOur house has a fridge that was bought under warranty with them and still has several months left on itThe fridge is not keeping things cold, the freezer does not freeze and there is water leaking into my fridge from somewhere They were supposed to be out 12/29/or 12/30/to figure out what was wrong and fix itToday is 1/4/and not only have they not shown up, when you try to call you either get a busy signal, they don't call you back after leaving a voicemail, or you're told they will have a service tech call you back If you plan to get something small with no warranty it might be a decent enough buy, but you'll probably have better luck just buying from any "Joe Blow" off the streetAt least they don't pretend to offer a warranty and you realize you might get scammedThey must buy their Revdex.com rating because any other reviews you find elsewhere are ALL NEGATIVE!

I brought my dryer to Bragg Used Appliance for a simple repairIt took six weeks to get it fixed, and this was after we had to beg for our property backWe are military and we moved a week after we got the dryer backWhen we arrived at our new duty station, I hooked up dryer and noticed two thingsThe lint trap was collecting no lint, and the dryer had a horrible burning smellI stopped using it and began going to the laundromat until my husband came home from his military trainingWhen he arrived home, he took the front off and discovered that our washer, that we bought brand new from Sears, was missing the dryer lint duct that connects the lint trap to the flexible metal outtake hoseThis is a $part that is very necessary if you don't want to start a fire in your dryerWe've gotten nothing but the runaround from the companyThey don't care or back up their workThey should not be allowed to service military customersBUYER BEWARE

Appliance chop shopWe bought a washer there about a year and a half agoThey attempted to convince me that I could not put it in my truck and take it home--they HAD to charge me $to deliver itWhen we got it home, it worked for a few days and failedThey came out and "fixed it." We moved about months ago and found that the shroud was looseDue to another pending move, we had another shop come out to take a look at the shroudAs he pulled it apart, he found that they did multiple shortcuts that made the washer unsafe (cutting the wires to the door switch, etc) put in water valves that did not fit, and rigged stuff so that they did not have to do workReally not impressedI have to pay to fix it now so that it does not come apart on our next move

Delivery is a major problem with this businessI had been forewarned by the person who recommended Bragg Used Appliances that there was an issue with delivery; however, I was also informed the prices were great and the warranty was fantasticTaking all of these factors into consideration, I decided to go with this businessI was not impressed initially with the store or the customer service; however, the young lady who eventually assisted me was informed and courteousThat's were my satisfaction endedI scheduled my delivery for three days after my purchase before noonWhen I called at 12:30, I discovered my appliance was not even on the delivery truckNo one knew why, nor could they give me an estimated time of deliveryWho in can't call the delivery truck and get a general idea of where they are on their route?! Frustrating!

After reading other 2 reviews I was a little nervous about this business but after finding out it is under new management I gave it a try. Good thing I did, the new guy (Devin) was very respectful and helpful. My stove was delivered next afternoon as planned. Planning to go back in few weeks to get a washer and dryer set. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

They were supposed to be out 12/29/16 or 12/30/16 to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Today is 1/4/17 and not only have they not shown up, when you try to call you either get a busy signal, they don't call you back after leaving a voicemail, or you're told they will have a service tech call you back.

Appliance chop shop. We bought a washer there about a year and a half ago. They attempted to convince me that I could not put it in my truck and take it home--they HAD to charge me $60 to deliver it. When we got it home, it worked for a few days and failed. They came out and "fixed it." We moved about 3 months ago and found that the shroud was loose. Due to another pending move, we had another shop come out to take a look at the shroud. As he pulled it apart, he found that they did multiple shortcuts that made the washer unsafe (cutting the wires to the door switch, etc) put in water valves that did not fit, and rigged stuff so that they did not have to do work. Really not impressed. I have to pay to fix it now so that it does not come apart on our next move.

I would like to review the product but after 3 days I am still waiting for delivery. I have been promised the already paid for stove for 3 days. Is this a scam? My experience with the Cliffdale rd center leaves much to be desired. I imagine they are tired of my calls, so much so that they now hang up on me. All I wanted was a stove. For someone who just moved here, this is a terrible impression . My advice, there is a reason they call it free delivery. There is no delivery.

This is a $68.00 part that is very necessary if you don't want to start a fire in your dryer. We've gotten nothing but the runaround from the company. They don't care or back up their work. They should not be allowed to service military customers. BUYER BEWARE.
