At this time, I have been contacted directly by Chopsshop.com regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They contacted me and apologized for the confusion. They promised a 50% refund and they would make a bag for me. It has been almost a month and I have not received a refund nor any further contact from the company. I am having problems attaching the email correspondence so I just copied and pasted the email trail below

Review: The company supposedly makes custom chef cases. I ordered and paid for a case for $235 on * April 2014. [redacted] was in regular contact with me while the bag was supposedly being manufactured. When I hadn't received the bag after the 4 weeks I was told it would take, I began emailing the company. On the [redacted] of May, he promised it would be mailed on Tuesday ** May. After that, the responsive company stopped responding to any of my emails. I emailed them repeatedly with absolutely no response. I then contacted my credit card company to reverse the charges but they said it had taken too long and I could no longer file a claim. I still have been emailing [redacted] without any success. I discovered on line that [redacted] opened his own restaurant ([redacted] in [redacted]). I work for the DoD in Naples, Italy so dealing with this matter is difficult. The attached phone number is my parents address. Please contact me via email.Desired Settlement: I would like the case or a complete refund.
