Chosen Payments has been fantastic since day My sales rep Ryan Gunches is very personable, and easy to work with I have had nightmares with my previous two merchant processors, but CP has always treated me right They are upfront on what costs are, there are no hidden fees that I have ever been hit with, and they go the extra mile to make you feel like you are their only merchant Thumbs up to Ryan and Jeff for taking customer service to the next level!

Fantastic Customer Service!

I have been working with chosen payments for about 2-3 years and the overall experience has been ok. The first time I had a problem was when I first opened my account I was told there would be a small fee for having the account open which they stated would be about $10 if I didn't process anything, which turned out to be around $33. The second time is when I went to close my account. I started to be charged even though my account had been closed and when I contacted the agency about it I was stone walled. I gave it a 3 star simply because the overall experience was ok, otherwise it would have been a 0.

Review: Chosen Payments heavily solicited our restaurants credit card processing, promising savings. After a few months of billing it became clear they could not deliver. Our business switched processors and we shortly after sent an email to confirm cancellation. Chosen Payments continued to use their ACH debit access to take money from our account without authorization, in one case $100 for PCI compliance that was not authorized by us. I placed a stop on their access with Chase bank, and they still tried to push fees on our account. One such fee was 35 dollars attempted a month after it was clearly communicated that our account was to be cancelled. Because of this illegal and unauthorized attempt to debit our bank account, Chosen Payments reported us to their processor, First Data Merchant services who placed us in collections with no notification. First Data is now reporting us as owing $135 for an account and fee that should never have existed let alone attempted to be billed.Desired Settlement: Chosen Payments shall refund the $100 PCI compliance fee that we never authorized and was already bundled into our credit card processing equipment, wholly independent of their service. Chosen Payments shall also resolve the $135 collections assessment with First Data merchant services.
