When this company was nomorerack there were never any issues Since becoming choxi I have had issue after issue with their products as well as their customer service This last time I placed my order May **, It is now August *, and I still have not received the sheets I ordered Yet I can go online and still place an order for the same product I have contacted the company more than times and only get a cut and paste response that orders take to days to process..(hello we are almost months passed my order date) This is the second order for the same productI cancelled the first order after weeks I cancelled my order today and demanded a refund to my credit card as I do not want any store credit Do not use this company, the products have changed and are no longer quality materials The last sheet set I purchased shredded after washes

I ordered items from them on June **, I emailed numerous times and called about my order statusThey rely via email with a generic reply, and when I called them after weeks of placing my order they inform me I can't cancelThey charged my card at time of order placementThey have not delivered on their promises and I want to cancel my order but they say I can't because it's been sent to order fulfillment

I ordered merchandise through Choxi.com My credit card was charged, but the merchandise was never delivered I used numerous avenues to contact Choxi, but was never given a resolution, and they would not respond to my e-mails I called their 1-800# for a week and each time received and automated response that they were currently not open (even though it was during their posted business hours) Beware, this company is unprofessional, and maybe a fraud

I have placed orders with them in the last months - I have had to cancel each order due to non-shipment after days Each time the want to give me a store credit On the last order that I placed on 7/**/I have again asked it to be cancelled and this time requested a refund to my account They do not respond to emails, the phone calls leave you on hold for forever and I was eventually told a week ago that they could refund my card, but as of today the order is still showing as processing I am very dissatisfied with their all around service Before the name changed I never had a problem with orders or customer service

We have been doing business with Choxi since They paid us on time as what's agree on the contract for the first few monthsHowever, they started delaying the payment since last yearWe email them every week for a few months and went to their office in NY a few timesThey promised $25000/week payment plan before, but they broke the promises, and still owe us approx $163,for products we shipped to their customersOur attorney advised us to open a complaint here before we take legal action

This company took my money and failed to deliver the products Multiple orders They do not respond to email requests for information They do not answer the customer service phone

I have the same issue many others on here have I placed an order a month ago & the item still has not shipped I have sent many e-mails & receive a "*** *** *** *** ***" response, but no idea of when the item would be shipped I have requested a refund, but judging from what others have said it appears this will also be a long drawn-out process

Ordered smart watches and fitbit weeks ago Haven't received any of it Emails to customer service have been coming back undeliverable Phone number I found always rings busy

I have dealt with Choxi for the last three years and all of the products I purchased have met or exceeded my expectations Their customer service has been outstanding and because of the quality of their products and their willingness to stop up to the plate to resolve issues when they arise makes this a great company to do business with

we are a vendor to nomorerack / choxi and wasnt get paid for over days, we fulfill all orders from them daily and keep getting the run around as of payment, we have no one to contact at accounting, they signed a payment plan agreement but did honor it

I placed an order several months ago from the Choxi website, it was my first order since it changed over from 'nomorerack'Sadly, I did not think to check this site prior to doing business with them as I expected the same level of service as I had received under the previous ownerThis was not the caseI ordered a ring from Choxi and was quite patient with the shipping as usually it does take some timeThe ring never arrivedI tried contacting Choxi multiple times via phone and emailIt took emails to even get a response back, I was never able to get through on the phoneThey take days/weeks to respond to emails and have yet to resolve my issueI am out the money for the product and have no product to show for it

I ordered items I only got one and the other never came Now I see the website won't come up and I have tried on different computers and I found the number on your website and that number no longer works So I lost money I take it they are closed/shut down But I want my money back if I cant get my items

This seller has sold me products in less than a year and they are defective and didnt even last year .The original MFG BEATS states they do not do business with them and they maybe selling defective products , fake or refurbished
They are not willing to help or offer anything

I ordered items from Choxi.com weeks ago and still have not received it I checked my account it says still processing I called their number during their regular business hours EST and I got a voicemail saying that their office was closed and to call back during regular business hours??? WTH??? So I left a voicemail, emailed them twice and until now two days later still no response from their Customer Care

I placed an order on 8/*/and so far have received no products and no contactSince placing the order I have sent correspondence via their quick form on their website on August *** and August *** and also sent an email on August **I have tried to call them on August *** saying receiving a message they are open Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm estI called between those hoursI just tried to call them again a few minutes ago today September *** and it is 11:am, so it is between their office hours and received the same messageThey have not responded to anything and I still haven't gotten my products or a refund
