Review: I received an email on December **, 2013 stating that my order had shipped. I have tried the tracking number several times and it is showing my delivery as "delivered" in NY in January of 2013. I live in WV and obviously that is an old tracking number for someone else. My emails have only been responded to with generic and unhelpful "copy and paste" responses that do not even address my problem. I sent an email on Friday, December **, 2013 and received no response. The company advertises as having customer service (including their phone) 24/7, yet the phone number says they are closed and to call back during normal business hours. This was a very expensive purchase ($999) and I cannot shop for this product anywhere else because NoMoreRack already took my money for this item.Desired Settlement: I want what I ordered. I want a real and accurate tracking number for MY package. If that cannot be done immediately, then I want my money returned so that I can go somewhere else to make my purchase.

Review: My ** yr old mother purchased a sheet set from NoMoreRack out of [redacted], **. Decided she wanted to return them and NMR sent her a return label, which the address on the label was different from the 2 emails she was sent informing her of where to send the package.

She tried to contact them 3 times; the last response was it would take 6 days for them to send her a new label...well, in 6 days her 30-day return policy will expire and she will have no choice but to keep them and be out the money...which by the way, one email said they would refund her $18.65; and another one said the full $29.00. She is ** yrs old and I feel this company is hiding behind a secretive phone number (unlisted); and they just to business via email, in which you get a different customer service representative every time. There is no resolution yet, although they did call her today 12.**.14 and said she could not use the label...well DUH!!!! We told them that 3 days ago!!! She said she would pay the postage to ship it back and I told her she would not -- they need to make restitution to her and send the label and refund her ENTIRE purchase price.Desired Settlement: Send a new label NOW so my mother does not miss her 30 day return option.

Send her a FULL refund of her purchase price.

Review: No More Rack and www.nomorerack.com is a big scam. They sell things for really cheap, but you get what you pay for. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK AND WILL NOT ALLOW RETURNS. They use the excuse that something you bought was a "Final Sale" marked item. They use canned responses via email that basically say the same thing: "We are always here to help" but that is a huge lie. Things you order from them come from all over who knows where - it is not their warehouse. A pineapple slicer I bought was previously used and had no instructions in the box for how to assemble it. Then I bought some clothing that didn't fit right and they would not let me return it. Any company that does not let you return something within 30-days is a low and underhanded dealer. They told me it was marked "Final Sale" but it was not. If it was, it was nowhere to be seen on the product details or hidden. I understand the Revdex.com has had so many complaints too. They lost me as a customer over $24. How stupid is that?Desired Settlement: I want my $24 - I offered to return the item within 5-days of receiving it. They refused. I just want my money back.

Review: We have been doing business with Choxi since 2014. They paid us on time as what's agree on the contract for the first few months. However, they started delaying the payment since last year. We email them every week for a few months and went to their office in NY a few times. They promised $25000/week payment plan before, but they broke the promises, and still owe us approx $163,000 for products we shipped to their customers. Our attorney advised us to open a complaint here before we take legal action.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive $80000 this week and then $25000/every following week until pay off. The amount I mentioned is our landing cost that we drop shipped to their customers. (Invoice amount that their accounting department confirmed) They received money from their customer in full, but refused to pay the money that belongs to us to our account. They are putting us into financial difficulties.

Review: I ordered 2 MID Google Android 4.2 1.2GHz 4GB 7" Dual-Camera Tablet PC & Accessories and only got one in the mail. We ordered a pink one and a green one and only got the pink one. I have tried to call and the number says due to the high volume orders they want you to email. I have done that saying that I am missing one of the items and per their system someone is to contact me in 24 hours. It has been over 24 hours and still not contact. This is a Christmas gift for someone and we do not have it but they have taken the money out of my account. there was no packing slip or anything with the one I got but I did go to the post office and go a slip from them and the package only weighed 2 lbs and if they would have shipped 2 it would be more then 2 lbs

Review: I purchased a phone from nomorerack on 9/*/13 from the beginning the phone was not working properly I tried troubleshooting the device but nothing helped . The screen on the device constantly jumps to other screens and half of the screen does not work and when in the keyboard there are several letters that do not work such as the e. Review: I feel that nomorerack.com in selling inferior products, passing them off as top of the line products. I purchased a watch for Christmas which became cloudy/misty within 30 days. I purchased a pair of boots on the same order which became separated from the sole within 30 days. I tried to reach out for a resolution but, they would not even discuss the inferior products they are selling. Both of these items were purchased as Christmas gifts. They were not opened until Dec [redacted]and then within 30 days I experienced these issues. Review: I ordered three pairs of earrings as gifts (they needed to be identical, as they are for my bridesmaids) and they only sent one, with no indication of what happened to the other two. When I emailed them, they assured me I would be getting them soon. Then, weeks later, they told me they had run out of the earrings and would give me a store credit for the two I had not received. After much arguing, I got them to refund my money for the two pairs instead of giving me a store credit that I had no intention of using after my disappointing first experience.

That is resolved. HOWEVER, they refuse to pay for the return shipping for the pair of earrings they sent me, which are useless to me, since I need three matching pairs for my girls. They say that their policy is to only offer return shipping for free if they send something that is different from what I ordered, but refuse to admit that ONE is different from THREE. General business practice when you cannot fulfill an order in its entirety is to inform the customer and see if they want to cancel the order, NOT to send them part of the order, which is useless without the missing parts, and then try to charge them OVER A THIRD OF THE PRICE of the earrings to try to return them. If they had told me they could not fulfill my order and sent me no earrings, we would not have a problem. I would be disappointed, but that's it. But sticking me with these earrings that are useless to me on their own and refusing to accept that they made an error is just terrible customer service.Desired Settlement: Nomorerack should pay for the return shipping for the earrings I want to send back. I should not have to give this business ANY money for their failure to deliver my order.

Review: On 12/**/2013 at 11:05AM I made a purchase for 3 tablets in the amount of $177.00. The item detail page notated al purchases made prior to 12/**/2013 would be received prior to 12/**/2013. After reading reviews online I decided to contact Customer Service. The 1-800 number goes straight to a recording informing customers to send request via email. I have sent 6 different emails with one animated response this morning at 12:10AM that stated my order has moved to processing phase and can not be cancelled. Animated response also stated shipment can be delayed 2-3weeks. Much like the reviews I read online, many customers stated its been over 3 weeks and still no shipment.

Per the websites cancellation policy requests must be made by 9AM the next business day. I have attempted to do so and other than the animated response I have yet to speak with or have a response from an actual person.

The website guaranteed receipt of shipment prior to 12/**/2013 which it now has gone back on. My order which is now 5 days old is still in processing awaiting a supplier to accept Nomorerack.com pricing. My order was placed under fraudulent terms.Desired Settlement: I would like my requests to be acknowledged by an actual person and my cancellation be accepted as it was made per the policy.

forwarded this notice from UPS over 10 days ago and you guys acknowledeged

I won't purchase anything again from this company. After one purchase, they have absolutely deluged my email account with marketing garbage, and have refused to stop sending the stuff even though I have repeatedly opted out of all emails. Their products aren't worth the hassle. Much better when it was Nomorerack.com

Review: I went on choxi.com for the first time. I purchased a voucher today for $89. After an hour of trying to figure it out, how to use it, because the website failed to give efficient directions, I realized that it was not what I thought it would be. I then after called customer service, who was, in fact rude and unhelpful and was told no I could not get a refund because it was final sale. I tried several different times where I requested a credit on my account and was offered $5 credit. Only $5 on a $89 transaction. I didn't accept it. I then went online chat where I was told if I cancelled it 2 hours after order I could of gotten a refund. After speaking to several agents all morning no one told me. The part that makes me mad the most is that I can not even use the voucher and no one in the company cares or even attempted to help. Our standard cancellation period is a minimum of two hours from the time an item is purchased but is not applicable to final sale items. Review: I returned an item and requested a refund, but never got it. Upon first contacting customer service, I received an email stating that I was given a store credit. After going back and forth with their customer service people via email requesting a refund - not a store credit, I was told that a refund was being issued and that it could take 5-7 days to appear in my account.
