HORRIBLE company! Will NEVER purchase from them and will do everything in power to spread the negative word about the company. Ordered item on 1/**--policy is delivery within 10-12 biz days...well day 21 and NO GOODS delivered. Said [redacted] shipped it 2/** but cannot locate or track the item. Said would take 3 more days to look into. Customer service rep could not have been more useless. In today's digital age and web based company all of this tracking is at their finger tips but could not locate, track or give me a date of delivery. UNBELIEVABLE. They should be shut down by the Revdex.com!!!!!

Review: I made an order on the nomorerack.com site where it is advertised the item would arrive by Christmas eve. I ordered on December *, 2013. It is now January **, 2014 and I still have not received the items ordered. I have contacted Customer Service twice and am not given any resolution on where my products are, and they still haven['t sent the items.Desired Settlement: I want to cancel my order with nomorerack without being penalized or charged a "restocking" fee. I will never do business with these people again.

Do not use this website. I went on to purchase a necklace and while purchasing an error came up about my credit card having the wrong expiration date, so I did it again. It came up again and thought I better check my bank account. Sure enough I was charged twice, as I knew my credit card expiration date was correct. I called Choxi.com, which was Nomerack.com, and they told me they have no record of me purchasing anything. So now I have a charge TWICE on my account and they have no record of me buying anything. I am very angry with this and I have talked to their customer service who says they will look into this matter and for me to send them the copy of the bank statement where they charged me. I have done that. I am also making a claim with my bank about this. This is a hassle and there is something wrong with their website.

Review: It's actually advertising and returns. An item in their online shopping catalogue was misrepresented. I thought I was ordering what was pictured and instead, I got something of much lower quality. In managing the return, the address they provided did not seem legitimate. I was instructed to return the item to a street in brooklyn listed in their databaes as -[redacted]--, [redacted]. this was on 12/**. It did not look right and I took the time to ask nomorerack if this was correct. They responded by saying that it was correct. So I sent it in, paid for the postage (which they promised to refund me in a store credit). The receipt via USPS shows that it arrived. on 1/**/14

However, normorerack is saying that they have not received it...i'm wondering if this is intentional to give a bad address so that the package can be lost? I mean it's only $16.00 plus $6.00 for shipping.Desired Settlement: A refund of my money....whatever way they can do it. credit card refund, check..but NO STORE CREDIT PLEASE...I HAVE NO DESIRE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS EVER AGAIN.

Review: On Nov. ** 2013 I place an order, order #[redacted] while following this on line this order was supposed to be sent to Fedex for shipment, there was even a Tracking Number.

Call Fedex to check on this shipment and they had no such tracking number. I have called NoMoreRack at ###-###-#### and also sent e-mails several times, they have it in there computer because every time I called they could tell me when the calls were made. Each person I talked to would pass me on to some one else. One rep. I talked to finally told me this was a supervisor and the only name he would give me wa JB, anyway he told me the ventor had not sent the message to Fedex, I can not get NoMoreRack to tell me the ventors name nor

will they credit my account with the amt. I payed for the order. I have been given the run around by this company or what ever they call themselves. I do not want the order now I want my Money of $31.00 put back into my checking act. I will never purchase anything from this company again and encourage others to beware. I purchased a travel coffee mug that you could plug into your computer or car cigarette lighter. When plugged into the computer it didn't heat up. When I plugged it into the car it got so hot I burned my tongue. I returned the mug and was told they would credit me. A credit never showed up on my credit card. I e-mailed and they said the credit was a store credit and I could purchase something else. When I tried to order something else for the exact same price it refused my store credit because I needed "to spend $40 in order to use the credit." No way. I'll forfeit the $14 before I buy anything from them again.

Review: This site always list the same product that is never available. I bought beats solo 2 headphones that never shipped then when I asked about my shipment I got an email saying they didn't have them. I read many other complaints that said the same exact thing. 3 days after they said they didn't have them in Stock I get a generic email from the same company listing a bunch of products, one of which are the headphones.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to stop advertising what they don't have on there site and email

Don't shop at Nomorerack. This seller does not stand behind it's products. "We try our best to address and resolve any issues you may have; however, due to the unique way that we find our amazing deals, we're afraid that we can't authorize the return of the FurHaven X-Large Sherpa Orthopedic Pet Mattress - Assorted Colors as all products for return must be unused (e.g. items cannot be worn, washed, damaged or altered)." ...how would someone know a " washable" item is defective after washing without washing it?

Review: I bought two tablets on Dec. *, 2013, over the internet, and was charged to my boyfriends credit card immediately. I have waited and waited, and contacted the company countless times. Finally, one tablet came. The other one never came, and they will not give me my money back, or the second tablet. They just keep sending me this generic email over and over, and when I try to contact them via the phone, I am disconnected automatically due to " the holiday rush". I bought two office chairs from them and had problems from the start. They kept wanting me to pay for the chairs eventhough they had my money from pay pal. they cancled the order then when I sent them they had been paid they reinstated the order. I received the chairs and you would have to be a giant to sit in them. ( the lift was too long. I've sent them an email describing what was wrong and the return was that they had been delivered. That is not the problem the chairs were unusable due to the height of the seat.

Review: I placed a order with them for 2 tablets and they charged my debit card $120 for both. I was emailed that both would be shipped with the same tracking number. Only 1 blue tablet was delievered. I didn't receive the green one I ordered.I emailed several times to their customer service as when I called I got a prerecored message saying to email. I also private message them from my daughters facebook account and got no where. The item in question is the camera as found below. This order was a mistake. The ad description and image were misleading and mistakenly led me to believe that this was the right and proper product to order for my needs. It was not until after the delivery of the product when I looked at the box that I realized I had ordered something for which I had no use. What I intended to buy and what was advertised were two completely different things. I have been away on a business trip until a few days ago. These circumstances impeded me from 1) noticing the problem and 2) reporting the issue. I have just returned back home and wished to address this issue with you as soon as possible. To recap, I have not been able to look at this product until I returned back home. This product is BRAND NEW, UNUSED AND UNOPENED. I was unaware of the return policy and have been a valued customer for a number of years. I have encouraged others to buy and have submitted a number of positive reports on behalf of Nomorerack. I have offered to return the item back but to no avail. In spite of my special circumstances and work trip, Nomorerack refuses to work with me. I have not had any issues in the past so I was unaware of their policies.

Review: I placed 3 orders with [redacted] on 11/**/13. The first order placed was for 3 Android Tablets. (Aqua, green & red). Then a little later that evening I placed 2 separate orders for the same Android Tablets 1 (orange) & 1 (green). I received an email that they had been shipped a little later the next day I got it was delivered and it was in my mailbox 2 days later which was the last order I placed. I called and after being told by thier automated system for 25 minutes that my hold time was less than 2 minutes I finally spoke to a man that really seemed uneducated and told me they were all shipped and I would get them in 5 - 7 business days. A week went by and the UPS tracking # that was provided to me by email, what's reflected on the order status page of thier website and by 3 different Customer Service representatives and still no shipping info it just shows a label was created. I called again waited forever to speak to a rep and he was barely understandable and with every question I asked he read the same script to me 4 times which did not answer any of my questions. Another time I spoke to a women who said she was going to file a ticket. That never got resolved. I have tried to call every day and now automated system just says they have high call volume and to email them. I have emailed and multiple reps have emailed me back with all different information. I have directly asked 1 rep named [redacted] to give me a valid tracking # & everytime he emails me back he does not provide me 1. He also told me the tracking # provided for UPS showed that the 1st order I placed was delivered 12/**/13 but in fact the tracking # shows nothing. I checked my mailbox and there was 1 of the 3 I ordered. I told him I recieved 1& he responded back thier policy on the orders being split up which is fine but he would not provide me tracking info on the other 2 which is disturbing. Then a entirely different rep contacted me this morning via email and told me that my order has been sent to thier escalation team and I will be contacted and that the holiday season has caused them to delay my order. Yet the 2 orders I placed after mine have already been received. I would like to know how many other orders for the same product that were placed after mine were recieved. This entire situation is frustrating and all I'm asking for is the accurate information and tracking #s so I can know when they will be delivered. These are Christmas presents for my children and I think 4 weeks of waiting and getting the run around is enough.Desired Settlement: I would like a valid tracking # and better customer service/ communication. Review: I ordered 14 tablets from nomorerack.com the advertise the tablets as new tablets well when my children opened theirs christmas morning some had naked pictures on them along with other things. Then three of the tablets stopped working nomorerack.com allowed me to only ship one of them back. I ordered the replacement tablet while I waited for my refund they have only given me $47 out of the $59 refund they owe me. I have more than one complaint about this company.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund as we agreed on to begin with and for them to replace the tablets that have stopped working and it hasnt even been a momth. they told me to contact the vendor which there never seems to be an answer and no more rack if falsely advertising that there concern is customer service.

Review: The company is saying they delivered a package and I never received it. Then they stopped taking calls so no help only online. Not help.

I ordered the product (Laptop) in November [redacted]. I tried to call, the company stop taking calls due to high volume. Then after the holidays they stop taking calls due to the weather. When I finally got a hold of them, they were no help. I also involved FedEx as well. On the site it said my package was shipped out on the [redacted] from California and delivered to my door on the [redacted] in less then 12 hours. Highly unlikely when it took almost 4 weeks to ship it out. They turned me back to the company. I Know I might not get my money back $179.00, but I do not want anyone else to get hustled by this company. My mother in-law ordered the same product and is having the same issue. Review: I returned a bathing suit which was not what I ordered and the top of the bathing suit was damaged. The total was $29.00. I was only refunded $21.26, I have contacted them about 5 or 6 times and have not yet to receive the balance of $7.74. I know its not much but its the principle of the matter. I placed an order on 11/**/2013 with guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I received the product on 1/*/2014 and they were the wrong size. I sent emails throughout December with canned responses, nothing specific to my issue. I left my phone number which they did not attempt to call. My emails got to the point where I would number them in the body since they weren't being responded to. Now, I was told that I couldn't return the boots since it was 14 days past the order data even though I received them 2 days ago. I can't get through to customer service, the online chat just sends an email to me and I have to wait for them to respond and these were guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas, which they weren't. I don't know where to turn to and am very frustrated with this company's attitude toward me.Desired Settlement: Is there some sort of a standard that every company must follow when responding to a customer? I think that 12 emails is a little excessive when trying to find a status of an order. What do I get for them not meeting their commitment to deliver by Christmas?

Review: on january **i submitted an order for a collection of james bond movies advertised as marked down to $39.99 from $300. I received an email stating my order was processing and I would receive a shipping # shortly. my bank account was charged the full amount of the product. after a week of no contact I noticed the order status on my account read cancelled. I was not contacted about this so I contacted nomorerack.com and was told that my order was not able to be completed. there was no warning of product be short and as I stated, my order had been submitted and my bank account charged apparently prior to a ship date. when I emailed the company I basically received nothing. I asked if there was any plans on putting this deal back up at a later date and received an advertising pitch about how amazing the company is. I feel that their inadequate planning should not negate me from receiving a product I have already paid for and as of yet have not received the money back,as the impression I got was "we'll get around too it."Desired Settlement: I feel they should have to come up with an alternative way to provide not only myself but anyone else they failed to deliver this product too. their was not a warning in my purchase email and nothing I can find saying my order might be cancelled and I was billed for the product before they shipped. I fail to see how I should be punished for their supply issues.
