This company stole my money. I paid for a one year subscription 2013. I paid for 10 CME with booklets to be sent to me. No booklets ever came. I only recieved 5 CME from them. I tried emailing and calling with no response.

I have used Chrestomathic to earn CME's for echocardiography registration. Never had a problem until this last year. The first module is supposed to be available in January. This time it was not available until June. The excuse was the publishing company was late printing the module and have their lawyer working on getting this completed. I had 5 CME's I needed to complete before 12/31/2013. Due to unforeseen events, I was unable to finish them until just before Christmas. I started trying to log in to Chrestomathic on 12/23/2013. There was an error box that stated the "site's security certificate" was expired. I have been unable to get any response either by phone or email. I need a refund for the 5 modules I was unable to complete.

I joined a few weeks ago but have not been able to log in to the site. There are no customer service numbers that are staffed by live people, just recordings. I have left phone numbers and email address but they have not contacted me. A friend of mine send them a registered letter with issues of possible fraud by the company and she has not had her letter answered, although it was accepted by the company. I personally think they have gone out of business and are just collecting dues as long as they can.
