On July 25th 2012 I had an eye exam done by Vision Profesionals because I had bought a groupon online. They said I needed to come back again for a glacoma exam so I did that a month later. Then I ordered Some frames online that cost $269.95 Kawasaki 704 was the style. They came in perfect condition. I brought them in to Vision Profesionals to put the lenses in them because they had my perscription. They sent them out to their lab to be done. Two weeks later they said they were not done right and they had to send them back, this went on and on after four times with the lab not getting them right I said I wanted my money back and my frames back. They said the frames were falling apart now, apparently they had stripped them after doing them over so many times. So I asked them to order me a new frame in which they did. On Sept. 25th I picked the frames up they had ordered the wrong plastic lens in them they were size 51 and mine orginals were 49. They said that did not matter it could be made any size. That day I took the frames to an eye doctor in Powell where I live and they said the frames were too bent up to work on they said they never turn anyone away and they do a lot of lenses where people bring frames in but the ones I had were too bent!!I called Vision Profesionals back to let them know the supposedly new frames they ordered me were bent and they needed to order a new pair; at that point [redacted] got on the phone and said he would not order a new frame I should send it back to the origial place I ordered my frames from I told him they ruined my origianl frames from this company and now I have the frames from your company I cant send them to the other company that would be defrauding them and besides they would know they are different because of the different plastic lens size being 51 instead of the 49 I had ordered; at this point[redacted] said he was done and not to call him again!thank you [redacted]
