Review: We entered into a contract with [redacted] Angeles Films, on March 1, 2013. Pursuant to the contract, he promised to video record my wedding ceremony/reception and produce a 25-60 minute highlight DVD and a personalized flash drive that holds the mini love story, 3-7 minute highlight reel, and final movie, in exchange for $3,500.00. The contract also states that the final products will be released to the client when the final payment has been cleared. On April 23, 2013 I made a payment in the amount of $1200.00, and on December 21, 2013, I sent the final payment in the amount of $2,300.00, which satisfied my outstanding balance. Furthermore, my records show that payment cleared on Dec. 23, 2013. Accordingly, the final products should have been released to me by that date, but we agreed to extend it to February 10, 2014. When that date arrived, he claimed the print lab in Seattle, Washington did not deliver the USB, and asked for another extension. We agreed on February 17, 2014. However, when that date arrived he then alleged that UPS lost the package yet you would not provide me with the UPS tracking information. I have attempted to contact him by phone, text message, and email atleast 20 times to request delivery date, the contact information for the print lab in Seattle, and the UPS tracking information, for which he has refused to respond and deliver my products.In a final attempt to resolve these issues, I asked him to respond to me and deliver the final products by Monday, March 10, 2014. That deadline has passed. I sent a letter to his address indicating I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. He responded with an email that stated he would upload one video to his website for my viewing-which he failed to do, and that he was leaving the country due to personal issues and would be unable to focus on my products at this time. This is unacceptable. This has caused unnecessary distress to my family and left us with a horrible feeling of being victimized by [redacted] Angeles Films.Desired Settlement: I am expecting the delivery of all products indicated in signed contract on March 1, 2013- which includes a DVD of the 25-60 minute movie and a personalized USB flash drive which includes the mini love story, 3-7 minute highlight, and final movie. Delivered to my residence immediately upon resolution of this complaint. I expect the package tracking information once sent to ensure en route, and contact information of the printing lab in Seattle, Washington- as I have no faith in this company.
