I called AAA for a tow and Chris' automotive responded. The tow truck driver was very helpful He did everything he could before towing me to my destination. He was professional and friendly making my unfortunate situation more pleasant! I would like to thank Anthony the tow truck driver! He deserves a raise! Very satisfied ???? R.Olsen Rt.52
Review: approximately one week ago I hit some sand and slid off the roadway striking a rock. I felt like something was bent so I had the car towed. The original estimate was over $10,000 dollars. So I declined. I agreed to have them make only necessary repairs to make the car drivable and not replace the front bumper. (the lower half of the bumper on the drivers side was damaged below the headlight). They kept the car for approximately a week and billed me for extensive repairs. I picked up the car last night (2-*-2016). After driving approximately 20 miles the car ceased working. It would only idle. I called a tow truck. the driver expressed disbelief that the damage merited the repairs listed on my receipt and their cost. When he raised the car he looked underneath and advised me to ask to see all the receipts for the parts I was billed for. When I asked for copies of all parts orders/receipts Chris' Auto rep. told me that they do not keep such receipts. they gave me a very hard time.Desired Settlement: I want proof of all repairs including receipt/invoices for parts, refund for work that they cannot prove they did. I also want the car repaired properly. Perhaps by another shop.
