First off, the family put in a job on the book the first week of June for June 30th, the busiest day of the year She calls me on Monday morning to cancel her appointment for the same day I told her I have to pay laborers by labor laws in the state of RI., hours minimum when they
show up to work! I gave over jobs away for that day and with less than hours notice Booking the job a month in advance to cancel out when they did It was not rightDid I charge her, NO! Was she right to do that, less than hours before, NO!! I should have probably!! I did not charge her nothing!!! She would not like anybody to do it to her, if she had a business and gave away many jobs and then after that have a truck in the yard and No WORK for those men! Not very nice!!!

It was day after the cancellation that we received Revdex.com complaint! Don’t you think that we would have sent a bill within that amount of time? Having men show up to work that morning, less than hours receiving a cancellation, after they booked a moving weeks before and cancelling after weeks has gone byGave away over jobs for that day and now have truck in yard and I have to pay men, hour minimum!! I never lie to anyone! What is right, is she should have not cancelled the night before after we closed! And she has no remorse about doing that! If I didn’t show up that day when she was suppose to move I would have been the bad guy! There was NO bill sent! Even though there was reason to! I still payed the men their hours and took the loss!!

the proper packing materials that came with the TV is not the way it should be moved but it was ,so we referred it to the insurance that they chose at the beginning of the job which was $per poundThey signed it and wrote $per pound and signed their name to the insurance documentI have no idea what they are talking about$ 50,policyWe did arrive at 9:am an hour late do to trucks electrical problemwe kept in touch to inform them that we were running lateonce the truck was put on the road by the mechanicThey were not charged for the delayThe client did call me to inform me that damaged occurred and I told him that it was covered under the insurance if the men did not inform him that it was not in the purchased boxAs we all know TV and electronics are very fragile and we covered it and secured it in the truck so it hopefully would arrive like everything else did The client was told the job must be paid in CASH at TIME OF BOOKING by MYSELF! Saying that he received no receipt is SO FALSE!! Broken TV was put on the receipt so he had document saying we broke his TV The TV weighs appoxlbsSo we said under 100lbs.a check would be sent for $That is the insurance that they took out before the move took placeAgain we are very sorry this happened, it was unintentional on employees part and very upset because they take pride in their workSincerely *** ***
He told you he didn't charge me because I reported him to you, the truth is he was going to charge me 324.00 and I have proof. I would like to let people know he is dishonest and in fact I canceled two days before my move was due. I want people to know he is dishonest and they should not do business with him. He actually lied to you for fear of business that Is why people need to know of this complaint.
