After interviewing and meeting with several landscape contractors, I hired Chris Drew Landscaping because he presented the most comprehensive approach to my landscape "challenges"He listened carefully to my concerns and presented options and solutions to fulfill my visionI appreciate that Chris followed through on every aspect of my project which included pouring concrete slab, tile installation, replacing the patio cover, a keystone planter wall, as well as drainage and all landscaping, plantings and irrigationMy yard is BEAUTIFUL and such a transformationChris and his team deliveredbeyond my expectation! I have already recommended Chris Drew Landscaping to others in my neighborhood
I had the owner out to my home after I saw a small ad that he runs in the local newspaper he came to my house and spent minutes of time making suggestions on how to re-landscape my backyard He left with a promise to followup with a bit more detail in writing Then I never heard from him I left two phone messages and sent email....and no reply Finally I reached him by phone late in the day and asked him when he was going to follow up with me Lots of ums and ohs.....and I finally asked if he was too busy or having some sort of business issue....more ums and ohs I finally asked if he would rather not do the job....ums and ohs......and agreed he wasnt the right reliable fit for someone to re-landscape my backyard
The frustrating part for me is that I wasted minutes of time meeting with him....and two weeks following up....all wasted time for me
I should probably consider it a dodged bullet as my guess is that he isn't very organized, probably would never follow-thru, and probably end up with a marginal job I guess I should count my blessings we didn't get further I just dont understand businesses that go to the effort to advertise to get business.....and then fall down when opportunities come to them
