I am rejecting this response because:Originally this person came out to install a new router for my computerIt did allow my Kindle to function in the living room so he came back and installed an extension (a 2nd charge)This did not solve the issue so once again he returned to install another extender in another room (a third charge)It worked intermittently for several monthsFinally it stopped working altogether, at which point I called him and he said he said he would have to charge me for his time to trouble-shoot the problemPrior to this, he had told me he would not charge me as he wanted this issue resolved as much as I didI was upset that I had to keep paying him good money after bac and still this issue was ongoingOn top of all this, his attitude changed from being very friendly to being rude and hurtfulAt one point he had me in tears and I told him I'd never been treated like this by a service person in my lifeI paid him in good faith and expected him to do the job he said he could do for me.I have since had another technician in to fix this problemHe told me that this person used a "Band-Aid" approach and he had had to go to several client's homes to fix his workMy system is now working beautifullyThis new person was knowledgeable, fast, and extremely courteousI am quite pleased with his work

factory defaults which turned out to be the source of the problem. Everything was fine and I didn't hear from her for a couple months. Recently she started having trouble with her Kindle connecting. I managed to help her resolve the situation once over the phone. I even made another trip over for free to help her only to have her run out when I arrived and tell me she fixed it herself. I am happy to help her fix any problem she may be having but feel it is unfair for her to continue to ask me to work for free. I made multiple trips for free already and feel I have gone above and beyond to guarantee the work that I did for her.
