In response to the consumers latest statement would like to first address their allegations of drug use on my partThis is not only insulting but false, slander and deflamation of character that would be in their best interest to retractI have never been nor do now use any drugsIf I was using drugs while performing work on their home, why did they wait until now to address this issue and furthermore why did they allow me to continue to work on their home for almost a year? As for me starting my day at 9am, I have School aged children that I transported to school every day, they were fine with this and never once questioned it or complainedAs a matter of fact, I got nothing but compliments for my work until the middle of September when they asked for a break down of the bill to see where we stood with the projectThats when the Mrsconsumer became highly upset when she found out the add-ons she thought she was going to be getting for free, was bilableNo contractor should be expected to work or supply materials for free just because the consumer wants more added to the project.also have other consumers work for, one employee quit and I was in the process of hiring moreI did the best I could to keep all clients happy for a time by working part time each day for all of themNo one including this consumer complained or had a problem with itIn regards to the closet built, it is level, their floor is notWhen presented with the fact that their home was not level and that would have to be addressed to make everything level, and the cost involved, they said no just build it as isThe electrical work was inspected and signed offAgain the permit and inspection stickers mysteriously got torn off the home and thrown into my dumpster by someone other then myselfI was contacted in the first part of November by a State Police Officer in regards to the Mrs accusing me of fraud, trying to have me arrested for stealing her paid for items, that had been in storage at my home because they did not have room for them at their house until they were neededThese items were bought way too soon into the project by the Mrs so I kindly stored them for the consumerreturned these items on November 4thAs I was loading my tools and other things left at their home, the Mr and had a lengthy conversation about finishing the jobHe was more than happy with my work, stating he didnt care how long it took that he would gladly pay me to finishHe expressed he would do what he could to calm his wife down so we could sit down and discuss my finishing and the detailsI left several messages that went unanswered until received notification from the Revdex.comBecause of this situation, was not given the time or opportunity to properly clean upAs far as the dust, sawdust etc, that came from us having to work under their porch while it was raining in order to cut materialsI believe the consumer only got upset when she saw how much her extras she wasnt getting for freeThis did increase the cost of the original agreement which she and her husband both signedI still propose finishing the job as originally agreed upon or sign off and part waysNo way should be made to pay for someone else to come in , complete what I started when I am more than capable, agreeable to complete the project and always have been

Fisher Construction was hired by the consumer to construct two (2) additions on their homeOne (1) on the second (2nd) floor for a bedroom and One (1) on the first (1st) floor for a laundry roomThe downstairs bathroom was to be renovated and have a 5ft shower stall installedWe started the job
in November of and got the foundation completedThe job was then put on hold until after the winter months as to not cause any heat loss or Structural damages due to the unpredictable winter weather by Cutting open the existing walls and roof to except the new additionsThey were in agreement to this at that timeWork was resumed in April Sfter the new addition was constructed, wired, drywalled and ready for paint is when the problems startedIn the new bedroom, changes were made to add a closet in the one corner and instead of one color on the walls she chose two (2)She also added a large walk in closet in the room off the new bedroomThese were not part of the original contract and did cost extra, once again they were in agreement until after the work was completed and she found out the cost, stating I didnt know you was going to charge me for all that, expecting it to be for freeI allowed for carpet in the upstairs hallway and new bedroomShe decided later to add carpet to every room upstairs, which was again not part of the original contractI explained if She wanted that, she would be responsible for having those areas done herselfShe added laminent flooring to two (2) additional rooms downstairsThis was also an added expense outside the contractShe also wanted a complete color change to the kitchen area and the room off the dining room, that was not in the contract and another added expenseWhen told this she again said didn't think you was going to charge me for thatWork was often delayed by them by either not moving things out of rooms or putting things in unfinished rooms that had to be moved out of the wayThe downstairs bathroom was changed from a washower to a steel tub and tile wallsI explained to her that this would cost more than the original amount due to the changes and she neede to purchase what she wanted and I would gladly install themThere were extra dump fees due to the fact that they took it upon themselves to use my dump trailer for their personal garbage, not construction related items as originally quoted forOn more than occassion found my trailer filled to capacity, when it had been empty the day beforeI did tell them they couldnt keep doing this and would have to charge them for hauling it awayI had to replace countless materials from the free range chickens they had being allowed to do their business on the materials left at the job site and in the newly built additionI explained that I would install the balance of the trim and doors when the carpet installation was completeShe chose to have *** do the install because of a promtion they were having that was cheaper than chargeI asked her to let me know when it was doneShe did notAs far as electrical, more outlets and lighting were added per their request adding more to the orginal quoteThe transition strips in doorways for the laminate flooring was never install because she never decided on which type/style she wantedLandscaping around the additions was to be done when they are finishedI was told someone else wanted the slabs, etctherefore I did not remove them from the siteAs far as the debris, materials were picked up from the ground on a daily basisThe nails, screws etc with the grass around the house being So high (never mowed) it was impossible to get everyone of them, but a diligent effort was madeI cannot be held liable for tires on their lawmower getting flatten by screws and nails when I cannot find themAt best their yard was only mowed a couple of times the whole time I was thereMy son quit working for me when I told him he was going to be responsible for the broken window at his expenseBecause he didn't I had it repaired and installed at my expenseThe repair work took longer than expected because the local store employee measured the size incorrectly causing a week turnaround to become The men hired to work for me, worked at this site for more than weeks but because of her lack of communication and indecisiveness there was nothing for them to do there so I moved them to another site was working onThey did not quitI cannot install materials before other materials are installed firstAll the constant changes, and added extra work has added time and money to the original agreement and has caused tension on both sidesThe double vanity, top and mirrors were delivered to them on 11-4-At that time her husband was more than willing to have me complete the work, she was undesisiveHe told me to give him a couple of days to get her on boardI have left messages asking them what decision they have made, they went unanswered.The original contract price was for $38,000.00To date she has paid $31,750.00She was given a break down of everything that has been done and the cost (see Attached) time did they have any complaints but only praise for the work being doneAny message or phone calls have left over the last months have went unanswered.Proposed outcome:I am quite capable and willing to do the work and address any concerns that have arisenI have however taken on a full-time job and my only hours available would have to be on the weekends but I do have other prior committments and priorities and cannot be at her beck and callunderstand she does not want me back, but in my defense should be allowed the opportunity to make things right, not be forced to pay her to pay someone to do what I can doIf this is still not exceptable propose we both sign off the contract as is and part ways
