Chris Foss Contractors were scheduled to do some concrete work around our pool...they never showed up after 3 confirmed start dates and would not return phone calls from myself or pool contractors. Very unprofessional...I understand schedules changes but a simple phone call or returning a call, email or fax would have been nice. As I had to do all of these things to get a response...their reply was oh sorry we don't have time now...which put us in a horrible position of not getting pool concrete finish before the winter...would not recommend this business!
