I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Although I did get my Ernst money back, I do feel like they were trying to bully me and I didn't come in thretining...

anyone. I was simply informing the person who runs that business of what my options for recourse were and that I intended to exhaust all of them. His agent informed my agent that they had in intention of getting their client to sign a mutual release.I would not recommend this company to anyone because I cought their agent red handed not disclosing what we found in the home inspection after our contract was terminated. I am quite sure the MREC would be very interested in that information. At least I got my money back. Sincerely,
